What a disappointment on the QR.
Anyone have any insights on what went wrong?
Can't even maintain revenue per last quarter.

Very frustrating when all of the glove companies have superb QRs but share price cannot perform.

Upcoming AGM hopefully the Owners will share their plans.
I think their quarter earnings report will be ugly as I'm sure there's no revenue since the takeover.

If strong buying support, I won't be surprise if today can be a start of a new run. If close green today all indication next week will fly.

Not enough sustained volume buy to push price up? Ie no interest in general for MTAG??

Underrated since August high, even with their good Q1 '21, price still not at fair value. Probably need to wait for Q2 to confirm they are growing earnings.

Went thru their diversification announcement again, factory approval with authorities obtain way back in July/August. If the old bus factory is being converted into a glove factory, I think they will get start production earlier than originally expected??
Why is there no guidance from the Owners on the plan?
They are secretive because they have bigger plans or just like AT etc.?

Hopefully upcoming AGM can get some answers....

Judging by the sell off this morning, and EPF's disposal past week, all indicating a below market expectation on the earnings??
Seems that some people already getting hints about the upcoming QR?


@laychee Market expectation to the earnings is important.

If expectation is 2 billion, 1 billion report will crash the stock.
If expectation is 2 billion, 3 billion report will make it fly for the first 10 minutes.

Hope for another solid showing today, wouldn't mind green 2-3% and break 70sen

I hesitated and missed the boat today

Mr Invisible already came out to play - LBT 100% owner of ADA Cap. now control 50%+ .
I think their glove factory will be ready by Q2 next year based on the authorities approvals mentioned in the diversification plan.

yb6650 As ADA Capital & Datuk Teong ( joint offerors) control more than 33% of GETS ( enlarged issued shares after the Private Placement) - it is mmandatory to offer to buy up all other shares that they do not own. It is up to you to decide - sell / not. My advice is not to sell - its all the way up from now !!

No doubt that with the COD of the first plant, confidence is really building with JAKS

Need more shares on the market, any chance of rights issues for existing shareholders after this PP??

I guess no one would be taking up the offer knowing what ADA Cap have planned.

Have been waiting for a big move since the August high. Why this counter so difficult to sustain a momentum?

Hopefully this week new momentum. Very undervalued compared to its peers.

New owner pumped in more than RM85mil with PP (see circular).
Factory approval submission was submitted way back in July! (all info in circular).
Have the factory construction started and when to complete?
Now I know why GETS went up like crazy past 4 months since change of shareholders.
Still a lot of upside??

Hope for another stable green showing today but we might be in for a minor correction?

I think going limit up leading up to EGM today.

All indications will break RM2 by end of the day.

A lot of negativity on Gets. They are no longer a bus/transport company.
Given all available announcement and tomorrow's EGM, I think the diversification is really taking place but question is whether share price already factored in?
