once accounts are signed, BOD and new Auditor will be arrested

In Sumatec case, fraud was detected. Manager bought equipment without approval from BOD for project which was later cancelled. Sumatec still in suspension from Bursa trading as no final audited accounts submitted. court case postponed since few years d.
