From my own intuition, floods in Thailand should give Japanese and other global suppliers worrisome as it is not one time event but keep coming back harassing these people worrying them though the Thai govt try to persuade them there is nothing to worry but if even the access roads flooded it will cut off supply making them the unreliable suppliers. Surely our Penang and Kulim and Gurun come to their mind as an option for relocation. If this happen, our electronic factories and other factories will make a come back. Wonder if our govt have lobby heavily to capitalize on this of course we Malaysian is not a cheap labor so cost is a factor but we offer no catastrophe event, good infra, stable govt. but today's world is about cost, cost and cost.
