Profit for pipe business will be factored in starting this quarter. No surprise from Property segment. Results shud be better than prev quarter but overall I guess nothing much improved.

Weighted average number of shares is incorrect IMO. nevertheless, there is no show for this counter. Ampang project done, pile of cash but no dividend & upcoming project. Sold mine this morning while the price still looks good.

I don't think the eps is correct. But the price is still going up. Did majority investor not realize this?

Good point about the replacement of furniture damaged by flood. But those revenue would not be taken into account until next quarter ended by March. Next quarter will be blooming when CNY drawing near.

I believe one of the reasons why L&G price wont up is due to the issue of ICULS. Some investor don't buy as they worry about the dilution of EPS due to conversion. But L&G has shown good performance n earning over the year despite the dilution. Give some patience, it may go up wildly if the performance is sustained over next two quarters. My two cents.

Though jobstreet provides limited downside @2.65， it has limited upside too. It is too "Safe".
