50 shareholders are required to make such a request but voting time, all the shareholders can vote. So, 50 people vote for only ah...i think very easy lose. You need bring more shareholders who support u.... and also have good reason for your request. This request is big lar...so hy management really got good reason to turn down by calling a poll vote. once poll vote ah....then sure lose ady coz hy boss got 51% ma....anyway...most important is go ask question n understand the board and management good or not. this is my understanding lar....from many years attend agm agm....hahaha...
