yesterday, he told reporters that his iskandar meridin project is almost sold out but today, i saw his sales people pushing hard to sell this meridin project at bukit indah aeon.

btw, if there is anyone from kl here, they will know how long bandar springhill has been ard. its not a new development.

not sure abt penang, but in jb, there is an oversupply of properties, particularly condos.

if one actually go drive up to the iskandar meridin area, u will find blocks and blocks of completed but empty condos in the legoland area. the only place with significant biz activities is the gleneagles meridin hospital. further down going to the puteri harbor area, u will see rows and rows of empty houses belonging to uems/gamuda/ms etc.

if the sales r as good as what mah sing boss is saying, then why is the share price not moving upwards.

my own fund is enough for me to manage alone, so i m not interested in taking on outside.

the reason i engage in discussions is to look from different angles, not to engage in senseless demeaning insults.

the possibility is always there, but the financing to set up a ssd plant and the tech required r way beyond the ability of jcy.

to illustrate how much of a technical leap between hdd and ssd, a hdd uses a mechanical actuator to access the rotating magnetic storage media while there is no need of such a actuator in ssd since it is using silicon.

secondly, even if the basic technical barrier can be overcome, there r many bigger and more tech advanced ssd makers out there.

thirdly, setting up a ssd plant is not cheap, at least usd1bln minimum.

even if hdd has increased storage size, will it be able to overcome the physical limitation of access time and latency????
