actually the offer of 1x book value was earlier offer to kps and gamuda on splash asset. But due to hidden agenda, it was give to puncak. Maybe this is karma.

probably selangor govt will award kps as a pdp (project delivery partner) for billions dollar water piping project later as what is george kent do it for lrt3.
Many options are on the table to replace the revenue loss after kps sold their water assets.
This stock is less riskier than puncak after sell water assets due to link to selangor govt .
