in this kind of market situation how to list??? market sentiment so bad how to get good valuation???

Not 0.355 of all time high r???

1. Pictureworks is ad establish and making money now...
2. Media side is like roller coaster thus not consider making much money from it
3. E-commerce - 11street joint venture is losing money (fighting for market share between so many e-commerce)
4. Renewable energy - making money (not much cost involve/to maintain) but not much
5. Other collaboration - still in the money burning process (MOU singed but materialise or not still not sure)

this qtr should conso the Picture works into account should shows better outlook for PUC but the rest of the business is still burning money... anyway their renewable energy business is also small not much effect...

its all about the book rate u used and actual rate you pay... cause accounting need to be recorded (normally on a standard rate for easier to keep record) but actual pay rate will only come out when you make payment... thus there is always gain/loss on forex and u know la in 2015 RM has fallen so badly thus the book result and actual payment makes the losses in USD so huge lor...

bonus issue is like u have an apple and company give you another one for free but share split will be like you have an apple but company help you to chop in the half so that you can have two half apple.... in the end of the day it does not have much different in terms of you holding the value of your share will still be divided into half... but it will only affect the company's book of account...

3.50 is an estimation and to calculate it you need the closing price for the last trading day... eg last trading day price is 5.00 and you have 4 share... so now u entitle 1 free share... so new trading day u have 5 share but the value will be adjusted to 4.00 cause 5.00 x 4 share is 20.00... now u have 5 share so take back the 20.00 (market value or what ever value you want to call it) divided by 5 there you get your new price of 4.00....
