（吉隆坡7日讯）贝利赛（PERISAI，0047，主板贸服组）有意以长达5年的新证券工具和部份现金偿还高达1亿2500万新元（3亿7000万令吉）到期票据，但部份股东并不愿意接受此提案。

该公司的新加坡籍债券持有人拉威穆拉卡（Ravi Murarka）接受《彭博社》采访表示，该公司积欠股东的债务，当中的4%或340万新元（约1006万令吉）将以现金偿还，剩余的690万新元（2042万令吉）将以可赎回债券股以及7900万新元（约2亿3384万令吉）不可赎回债券股。

拉威穆拉卡周一在大马法庭上援引文件表示，该提案是根据该公司9月30日估值。他表明不会接受该献议。

“没有人能接受自己手上资金被锁死在一家无法还债的公司那么久。”

贝利赛受询时未作任何回应。

清盘聆讯3月展开

该批票据在2016年10月3日到期，贝利赛曾尝试说服票据持有者延长付款期限，但遭票据持有人拒绝。



在今年1月贝利赛获得长达90天阻止债券持有人清盘的限制令，但拉威穆拉卡已经入禀法院，在今年3月将展开该公司清盘聆讯。

I agree, why panic? Like all the sifu said, look at the company as a whole, prospect, upcoming catalyst ie sabah eor and don't forget GE is coming....all these will boost the share price....

it is a good time indeed, with CDRC's help, pretty sure that the debt restructuring will be accepted by the lenders, Perisai will submit the debt restructuring to CDRC today and a meeting shall be called with the lender later...

（吉隆坡5日訊）PERISAI石油科技（PERISAI，0047，主要板貿服）獲准延期，最遲可在今年12月29日前召開2017年股東大會，及上呈截至今年6月底共18個月的經審核財報。

PERISAI油科向馬證交所報備指出，今日接獲大馬公司委員會（CCM）2016年12月28日發出的批准函。


近年油價暴跌，PERISAI油科不幸成為大馬第1家油氣公司受害者。該公司去年召開特大擬延長1億2500萬新元（約3.9億令吉）中期票據（MTN）屆滿日不果，最終在去年10月宣布無力償債，被打入PN17行列。

根據之前報備文件，該公司須從去年11月10日起計的60天內，向企業債務重組委員會呈交債務重組計劃。
