訟陳志遠U電視 國際電訊獲追討1122萬

　（吉隆坡3日訊）國際電訊（COMCORP，7195，主要板科技）提出訴訟丹斯里陳志遠和旗下U電視（U Television）私人有限公司勝訴，允許追討近1122萬令吉合約金。

　該公司今日向馬證交所報備，將向陳志遠追討合作計劃首階段工程未償還金額1121萬7798令吉，並且需支付公司成本7萬5000令吉，和上庭期間的利息損失每年5%等。

　文告說，隨著國際電訊得以追回上述金額，可在2014財年底貢獻公司收入。

　國際電訊是在2010年7月5日向高庭申請發出傳票，並分別在15日和16日通知兩名被告U電視與陳志遠
