馬來西亞綜合自動化產品及解決方案公司--檳傑科達(01665)首日掛牌, 開市報1.08元, 較招股價1元, 高出百分之8, 之後高見1.36元, 較招股價高出三成六.
主席蔡春民表示, 公司選擇來港上市, 主要由於本港具科技發展優勢, 加上看好大中華市場, 集資所得的兩成二或於內地增設廠房.
財務總監顏沛茹表示, 目前出口至內地收入, 在各個市場中排行第二, 期望三至五年內, 出口至內地的收入佔比增加兩成.
非執行董事凌健陽表示, 公司物色合適收購機會, 但目前沒有明確目標.
