Lucky to have sold my osk @ 2.15, but bought hwang cap @ 1.90, also suffer, just slightly less

Guess unless buyback volume is increased, price may fall further. Feel bad having to buy more with every fall, but no choice

Bought some puncak @ 2.14 n puncak warrant @ 2.22 today

My best guess, OLH is trying to secure listing status of OSK upon merger of CIMB-RHBCap-MBSB instead of trying to distributes RHB shares to shareholders while grouping his property assets under one roof. So, instead of giving out at least RM 2.00 from RHB, he prefers keeping most and just hands out some warrants (which you will give him money in future) and RM 0.15 special dividend.

datuk, thanks for your advice, I only top additional 5% of initial investment every time BJCorp falls RM 0.015-RM0.025, should be alright and not got my hands burnt, hopefully
2014-10-16 10:02 | Report Abuse
and notice something, each time after I bought, it drops some more, sigh...
2014-10-15 23:07 | Report Abuse
juinming, listed companies can't issue new shares less than par value, which is RM 1.00 for BJCorp
2014-10-15 19:18 | Report Abuse
the volume of the share buy back should be increased, 2 million is too small to hold the price
2014-10-15 15:44 | Report Abuse
Phew, lucky to be able to sell right before it falls further
2014-10-15 15:36 | Report Abuse
Sold mine at .825, not even able to maintain despite rally in us last night
2014-10-15 14:52 | Report Abuse
I bought some at 1.90 today to be among u guys
2014-10-14 22:05 | Report Abuse
truth is, I could use a 0.445 to average down my cost
2014-10-14 21:23 | Report Abuse
hmm... an NTA above 2.80 with a market price of 2.14, real respectable...
2014-10-14 21:22 | Report Abuse
Bought some at 0.49, less than half an hour after purchase, it drops to 0.485... sigh, VT money not easy to earn
2014-10-14 14:57 | Report Abuse
Sold my osk @ 2.15, probably add back later
2014-10-13 08:02 | Report Abuse
Then OLH really have to work hard to move price closer to NTA, why else is he paid that much of money?

I was wondering what's OSK core business be when its stake in RHBCap drops to less than 5%...
Still hoping on OSK merging its other non-RHBCap businesses with PJDev and OSK Property
2014-10-12 10:33 | Report Abuse
Luckily, I didn't buy more TA when it begins its fall from around .95.
Lets see if it could drop below 0.80, probably will add some around 0.78.
2014-10-12 10:31 | Report Abuse
To be, the best case scenario would be OSK distributing all RHB shares to shareholders and have the rest merge with PJDev and OSK Property...
That would at least worth 2.80 - 3.00 easily

Sometimes, VT sold companies within BJCorp just to benefit himself. A clear example would be 7Eleven... BJCorp not that great to worth being called Berkshire of Malaysia, especially with VT being the major shareholder.
Though, still believe BJCorp is undervalued
2014-10-10 14:38 | Report Abuse
because OLH has not indicated what OSK would do with its RHB shares yet? And most counters drop, 785 downs vs 90 ups?
2014-10-10 11:15 | Report Abuse
This is what I found about BJCorp share price:
Month Low High
June 2014 0.455 0.55
July 2014 0.465 0.52
Aug 2014 0.475 0.52
Sep 2014 0.49 0.605
Oct 2014 0.505?

Greedy Tiah asking too much for TA brokerage, guess no buyer
2014-10-10 10:12 | Report Abuse
OSK is falling because of market sentiment, its blood everywhere lah...
Also, OSK is not valued as much because OLH is not saying what he would do with the merged CIMB-RHB shares. If he were to offer statement saying all RHB shares will be distribute to all shareholders, it will rise above 2.70. Given RHB share price, OSK's investment in RHB is worth 2.35 per share already.
How much will the merged CIMB-RHB worth depends on how well the two integrate, for that, only time will tell.

Limit up possible only if boss say distribute all shares in rhb to osk shareholders
2014-10-09 08:54 | Report Abuse
Calvintaneng, given VT records' of self enriching n disregard minority shareholders interests, it would be extremely hard for bjcorp to attract serious money

matakuda, before the US 'shares' her concern about the Lao dam, probably she should focus a little bit more of the 97+% Colorado river (was I right about the name?) water retained within US borders that assumes Mexico people has no rights to the usage... What a hypocrite

land and share sales' true impact is not on its NAV, but its net debt and interest savings. BJCorp's balance sheet has not been valued much of late, given market price of RM 0.545 as opposed to NAV of over RM 1.10. The total proceed from the sales should amount to RM 1 billion, reducing debt by 1/6 with interest savings equivalent to at least RM 40 million annually, or more...
I am a bit worry VT will pump his low-growth businesses at so-called 'fair price' or high-growth business at high price into BJCorp again...
2014-10-04 19:26 | Report Abuse
calvintaneng, VT cares ONLY about himself, not his BJCorp's shareholders... Even when you buy BJCorp, its only because it has been undervalued by too much with some potential to earn when market corrects itself, not because BJCorp is growing your pot of investment.
At least, this is how I value BJCorp and VT, haha...
2014-10-02 22:45 | Report Abuse
I have more to worry if VT asking BJCorp to 'invest' in MOL so he can SELL
2014-10-02 22:45 | Report Abuse
?!? whats to be happy about MOL, its owned by VT not BJCorp...

2014-10-02 07:47 | Report Abuse
I began to buy at around 0.50, averaging 0.50 as well, thought there is not much downside potential, given support, and good upside potential given improved balance sheet. If there is any concern, it would be VT shifting BJCorp's money to enrich himself, or cooking the book. Of course, lets hope the market fundamentals are not worsening
2014-10-02 07:39 | Report Abuse
well, at least I know there is upside potential but very low downside potential, good choice giving current market sentiment

not that crap, I guess, just have to wait for circular on how Puncak will spend its 1.553 billions and how much of its assets are not considered core to Selangor water business to be handed over to Selangor state government...

once major shareholder owns more than 33%, he/she is required to make offer to buy the rest of shares that he/she doesn't own, but I think its called VGO, voluntary general offer, at this level though. Anyway, given Tiah rate of purchase, it would be donkey years before it can materialize. You might as well forget about its 'potential'.
2014-09-30 09:34 | Report Abuse
the only way to show significant share price gain is to clean up balance sheet and pay good dividend, whether its financial gains are reflected in the book or not
Stock: [PUNCAK]: PUNCAK NIAGA HOLDINGS BHD

hng33, doubt Puncak will accept anything less given a higher offer has been given. And if a new offer is to be tabled, the whole water issue can only be dragged on further, which doesn't suit either BN or PR. If Gamuda's deal were to be accepted, I suppose current offer for Puncak water asset will be use as benchmark.
Of course, this holds true unless you know something more than what's presented so far.
I was wondering how hasn't anything been announced yet, it is earlier mentioned a deal will be concluded and shareholders approval will be sought at the latest at the end of September.
