I never go after hot stocks, stocks that suddenly have huge volume and price increase until UMA. Ever wonder why hibiscus never kena UMA yet? 0.14 till 0.53. increase almost 370%,

I never go after hot stocks. But why Hibiscus?

1. Its a SPAC, meaning its main function is to acquire company. It successfully acquired anasuria. Please bear in mind we got 4 SPAC companies listed in bursa. Only 1 is successful. ONLY 1. Hibiscus managed to acquired a PROFIT MAKING company at a very tough time. Not only that, it is in good progress to acquire another one !

2. Its director. Go check his background. He is former director from Shell. you wonder why hibiscus can purchase 2 companies from shell? Easy to guess right? hibiscus director is a former Shell director.

3. Oil price rebounding and being in the upstream, hibiscus benefit the most from strong crude oil price. We already know that USD50 is the floor now.

4. Hibiscus has the say in operating the 2 companies. Meaning they can control the costs, cut costs, manage cost to improve profitability.

what is hibiscus only has anasuria? Then my TP is 0.5-0.6. If good oil price, 0.7-0.8 If manage to acquire another one? 0.8-1.0. If good oil price, 1.0-1.2. Sounds reasonable to value a company bo?

Or its still RM0.20? Calvin, please help analyse balance sheet AND provide a fair value. Any tom dick and harry can read balance sheet. I just did in 20 minutes. FAIR VALUE. Go find out. FAIR value, not the figures everyone can see in balance sheet.

Calvin, aiyoyo..so pity hor...take profit too early hor...now come kacau kacau with balance sheet hor...I already seen the balance sheet. Net profit is 13% profit margin, not bad ma. (I remove out the Tax) Operating cash flow goes into negative. Cash and cash equivalent positive, although drop significantly.

So how calvin? Hibiscus should worth RM0.20 right? cos balance sheet so so bad. but hibiscus liability to asset is about 0.5++ wor, not bad ma
