i don't know about you guys, But the last quarter profit is exceptional. I haven't deep dive into the financial report yet, but the past 3 Quarter report is very good. taking only the 3 Q report, the PE for this company is less than 3 ! By average O&G PE of maybe 5-7, and if hibiscus fail to do any further acquisition, a PE of 5 will bring the stock price to RM0.60 assuming EPS of 0.12 cents. that is a very safe assumption because the past 3 Q EPS is already 0.15 cents, if we take PE of 5 and EPS of 0.15 (only 3 Quarters to assume a full year profit), the stock price is RM0.75. Hmmm....now the trick is to maintain the profit of the company. Secondly, the 3 Quarter report is during the most depressed oil price. All below USD50/barrel. Even hitting USD27/barrel at one point of time. so, even if oil drop back to USD50/barrel, we can still maintain a high side of earning. I am not sure what is the trick here but RM0.75 seems reasonable

If u guys look at the chart, it just break the SMA25 days...so if it can sustain 22300, basically still going to be bullish. Next immediate resistance is 22500 followed by 22800 (the stronger one). settling above 22500 tomorrow will indicate pretty strong bull.
