Think of at least 3 months. Today oil price drop a bit. Doesnt mean anything yet. for past months heng yuan had been buying cheap oil. Now is range between USD38-45. So today 45, tomorrow 42, its fine.
Look at next quarter EPS.
I think when hengyuan is stable at RM10 many years back, PE is about 9. Lets take PE = 6, EPS 50cents, Its worth RM12 share.

Heng yuan is about crack spread. Last few months oil drop until so low. Now 45usd... profit is huge

U can buy 10 cents share or rm10 share. The impact is base on eps. Not the price of different shares

If trace back eps of 61 cents... this counter is rm12 at that time. Now eps 51... not too far away. I think worth about rm8 to 10 for hengyuan

It's just starting to pick up last week. Eps 50 cents is really impressive seeing its revenue its half of its usual revenue. So if world economy open up in Q1 and opec extends cuts till q1 2021... oil price go up. Activities pick up. Revenue should grow n eps should increase due to the high crack price. Basically they buy oil when it's cheap n sell it higher when oil pick up

Assuming by q1 2021 economy pick up again. Industry started ramping. Tenaga profit increase 10%. Rm13.20 by q1 2021
