newgirl...buy banker's cheque RM10k (for 100,000 units)and "RM10.00 stamp hasil" (not very sure... pls ask your remisier) and fill in details required in the application form (get it from your remisier) and then send it to the authority stated in the application form. Sending of form should be done by your remisier or you can send it youself..

Price of rights shares?... depend on supply and demand prices..maybe from half cts to 4 cts..

wingz...the rights shares automatically will be in your account after 5 pm on 28/3 or if you can't see it after 5 pm, try next day (31/3) before trading session starts. You can ask your remisier about your rights shares availability.

wingz...yes..you can sell back your rights shares anytime between 31/3 - 6/4.

newgirl...if you buy 100 lots (100,000 units) before cut off date (28/3/14)), you will get 100 lots of "Rights Shares" free. If you want a free warrant (100 lots) , then you have to subscribe that rights shares by paying 10 cts each (100 lots of rights shares= RM10k). If you don't want to buy before 28/3/14, you can also buy rights shares later when it is listed on 31/3/14 to 6/4/14 at a price depending on willing buyer and willing seller at the time you are buying. If you want the free warrant, you have to subscribe by paying 10 cts each or if you decide not to subscribe the share, then you can sell back the rights shares any time (last day is on 6/4/14).

avucin, In my earlier post, I was saying that this TMS counter was alright. The way they played this stock is like they are selling low and buy back at a lower price and when I mentioned about me sell its warrant 500 lots at 0.045 and buy back later 500 lots at 0.04 was just about the same as those people were doing. This kind of trading only applicable IF >50% sure the price is trending down. Apa pasal you nak marah-marah pula. You can verify my trading. I am not bluffing. avucin,, sapa kalut ni. Yesterday I sold TMS-WA la @0.045 500 lots then bought back @0.04. so sapa yang kalut ni.

I call it reverse trading but actually the right term is "SHORT". Don't worry about what price you've bought that particular share. If you can read the price trending of the day and if you >50% sure it will go down further, then you sell first and buy back later at a lower price. The difference of prices (selling and buying) is you profit.

By disposing at huge vol surely the price will drop. Actually they are doing reverse trading. Buy high, sell low and buy back lower. Like me I got in stock 500 lot bought @0.045. Yesterday I sold 500 lot at 0.045 and bought back 500 lot at 0.04. I made 2.5k (not yet less brokerage, etc).

I think nothing wrong with this counter. Eventhough directors are selling their shares but there are takers who even bought at higher prices. I consider this as an opportunity for an "ikan bilis" like us to accumulate this share at lower prices.

Astro on Wed will be back at below RM3.00. RM3.00 on Mon (31/12/12) was just a window dressing activities.

oversold can happen if sell order were made through remisier but not through online trading.
