The sweet corn farmers at Titi Gantung Perak can easily earn RM 5-6k per month. It is matter you willing to work hard or not.
My hometown neighbors can buy agriculture lands by working as farmer. They bought land using fix deposits with no bank borrowing. It is a matter you willing or not.
If you earn RM 900 / month a give yourself tons of excuses for not making more. You can do that for the rest of your life, nothing will ever change.

To say that the corruption don't exist was not an honest statement. It still exists and the most corrupted agencies could be one dealing with the approval of papers , licenses, permits, clearance letter, authorization to award contracts, etc
Most of the time, it never started as any attempt of corruption until the people who are suppose to do their work according to guideline or regulations did not do so and attempt to get away or violate the regulations. If there was no attempt to break the guideline or regulations, it would have easily cut down the corruption rate.
In layman example, a traffic offender broke the law by crossing the junction when the traffic light was showing red light & got stop by traffic officer. In attempt to get away with traffic summon, the traffic offender offer to bride the traffic officer.
It can happens in many identical scenario, for instance, an electrical contractor was suppose to install the copper cable but installed the aluminum cable instead and was caught by the inspector. Later , in the attempt to get away by offering to bride the inspector.
If we do thing correctly & never attempt to cut corner, it will reduces the rate of corruption. Of course, if thing have been done accordingly to laws & regulations but the PIY still picking on the nuisance comments/issues - this type need to be nailed down & buried into graveyard. Also, I do agree that the ethic of the individual plays an important role in battling corruption. It start from individual level.
Among so many agencies, I really salute & respect JKKP.

Actually I have different views on the issues brought up
1) GST & Increase cost of living. To purely correlate the GST with the increase cost of living might not be true. Increase cost of living itself is truth at the moment.
When Pak Lah became PM time, the cost of living also increases significantly. 1 liter of petrol was selling at RM 2.70 / liter that time, the cost of goods & almost everything increases. That time (year 2008) , there was no GST yet. It just happened that we was at the economy down-cycle during 2008. At present, we are experiencing the similar down-cycle. Hence to purely correlate GST with increase cost of living might not be an apple to apple comparison. Every down-cycle our ringgit depreciate, imported products become expensive. Irregardless BN or Pakatan, my opinion, the cost of living will increase during down-cycle.
Increasing our people technical know how to generate more incomes will be a sustainable solution instead of keep giving our people the handouts.
2) 1MDB. Yes, this is the only damn issue I'm pissed off. Really need to remove RM. RM still around, this will be never ending.
3) Tun Mahathir also admitted that abolishing GST is not feasible but it is a populist promise by Pakatan. We should take the example from the Greece & Ireland, see how their politicians made promises the country cannot afford. In the end, the unsustainable spending went burst & the whole nation will suffer.
4) Not only FGV suffering. The small holding of palm oil farmers also suffering. Only thing was the FGV was clouded with some many scandals.
Moving forward, no politicians should be appointed in the GLC company board of directors. There were just too many cases in the past & until now. Politicians were suppose to lead by example. Every-time the politicians end up with public listed scandals, it sent a very damn fucking wrong messages to the nation. UMNO, MCA, MIC, etc. Politicians should change their mindset. You joined politic because you wanted to help people & you are able to help people ( financial capable ), you don't join politic because you wanted to get rich/benefits ( this part is the one that is inviting the unhealthy practices). This will happen to both camps.

Actually it is true, it is always easier to talk here than do. It is a correct & valid statement bro, no worry.
This one including the corruption. It is so hard to eliminate it, we here talk so easy without knowing that peoples who are battling the corruptions at the front line are facing the threat & risk of their lives.
Human is always subject to the greed weakness. Like Lao Tze said "By not valuing the hard to get objects, people will not become robbers " but that it is just hard to achieve this state.
Nevertheless, we should not give up to make it better.

I have a message to the politicians , be it BN or Pakatan. If anyone of you are joining politics or already joined politics, please join it sincerely from the bottom of your heart for our country & for the love of our people.
Please don't join politics because you are expecting benefits. It is because when people join politics for benefits, the whole structure will fail.
Just look at the internal party election. When a camp lost out, the whole group will leave the party. It was very childish. When a elected leader contest, make sure you contest with your opponent to see , in between yourself & your opponent, who will be better a candidate to bring the party & country to the next level. Even if you lost, give an undivided support to the winner. For the winner also, don't assassinate your opponent political career just because you see it as your threat. If our politicians could look at the bigger picture & do not put the "benefits" as the priority , we could be at different level. Cultivate a healthy competition. Now a lot of brilliant people don't join politics because of this.

Abolish the loan of Felda settlers? This one, I believe in the concept, you borrow the resources from this world, you stand on your own foot & honor the loan you take by paying back. If Pakatan do this once, forever they will be a failed entities lining up waiting to be bailed up by our government. This will be never ending & not a good solution. If Pakatan said they will help Felda to make it profitable again & repay all their loan, that will be totally different impression.

2) Targeted petrol subsidy - this one sound good but how do pakatan want to implement it? Are they going to introduce any tracking systems which cost millions to billions again ? Any different from BRIM ? Coz it might end up like BRIM in my view. Middle income group will still be left out.
I recalled the petrol subsidy was removed because it is not effective way to channel the subsidy to our people. Our neighboring country have been abusing the subsidy which was supposed to mean for our people with the tax paid buy our people but when our neighbors visits our country, they are enjoying the subsidy without paying the tax at our country cost. This was the issue on the Thai & Singapore borders. BRIM sound like a bride but at least it manage to channel the subsidy to the targeted group in our country.
Of course the middle class ppl like us would not be happy but at least, it was done for our ppl not our neighbors who are not paying taxes but enjoying the subsidy by our country.

Not strong enough the manifestos
1) Abolishing GST - There is no more turning back after implementation. GST have its benefits if the revenue collected is use in justified manner. Our country cannot be too dependent on the oil revenue. What happened to Venezuela might happen to our country if we do not diversify our country revenue.
GST managed to close certain tax evader loop holes. Just for a talk, you guys know that there was once a Chinese medicine shop operating at 1U. Rumors said they have been importing canned abalone with the label of canned tangerine. Buy minimum cost, evaded custom tax & after that sell multi folds to consumer. Our country lost the revenue from the tax evaders. However, upon GST implementation, the shop immediately cease operation because they could not no longer evade the tax. This is just an example of the good part of the GST.
I'm not siding any camp be it BN or Pakatan. I only anti hardcore supporters from both camp which cannot tolerate different opinion.

CC is in money. As long as the mother price is above the strike price it is consider in money. Only if the mother share move below the strike price of RM 6.50, you get the toilet paper. Only the matter how much you get above the strike price of RM 6.50.
The only problem for CC is the maturity is too close. Under current scenario, the stars are siding the IB. The last 5 trading day, the CC will be suspended from trading for determination of 5 days valuation average. Last day for trading is on 26th September 2017.

are you from the manufacturing ? or sales & marketing?

this is the deduction on the AC / insulation market.
AC sales highly related to the property sector especially housing / residential. The sales of housing have been slowing down ever since BNM imposed curbing on the DIBS at 2014, there have been a thematic play on property before the curbing.
The above statement sound not so correct right ? How can AC sales related to property when AC/insulation have been recorded a superb results from 2014 to recent year 2017?
Here is the catch in my opinion. When do you install your AC unit during the construction stage ? Normally after the key handed over or it is normally installed at the end stage of the construction cycle if you are offered the units in SPA.
landed unit construction period = 24 months, + 6 month delays
mix development / service apartment construction period = 36-48 months, + 6 months delays
The good sales reported for AC/insulation market since 2014 till now have been on sales of good days for property sector before 2014 curbing.
Moving forward AC / insulation will normalize in my opinion because the sales is lagging property sector by 24-36 months approximately.
