全盘重组涉及2个步骤,先由侨丰控股(OSKH,5053)向黄宗华家族收购手头上的侨丰产业(OSKP,6661)与辟捷控股(PJD,1945)股权,再向侨丰产业与辟捷控股的小股东作出全面收购献议。但是,侨丰产业与辟捷控股都不会除牌。
首先,侨丰控股会以3亿5528万令吉向黄宗华家族收购侨丰产业73.6%股权,每股收购价是2令吉,侨丰控股会发出1亿7764股新股来支付,每股新股订价2令吉。由于所收购股权已抵触须做全面献购的门槛,因此,侨丰控股会以同样价钱(每股2令吉)向小股东提出全面献购,小股东可选择现金或新股。
接下来,侨丰控股是以2亿2937万令吉价格,向黄宗华家族收购辟捷控股1亿4335万股股票或31.7%股权,每股收购价是1.60令吉,侨丰控股会发出1亿1468万股新股来支付。虽然所收购股权没有抵触须做全面献购的门槛,但侨丰控股自愿以每股1.60令吉向辟捷控股小股东提出全面献购,小股东可选择现金或侨丰控股新股。

I'm position myself as trader, buy low sell high.

I used to earn "some" in Gadang. But this is 1st time, I cut lost to sell Gadang, so that I could keep the money to buy back later. I'm waiting at 1.30, may be you can laugh at me, but time will tell the truth.

PETALING JAYA: Ivory Properties Group Bhd's 49%-owned Aspen Vision Land Sdn Bhd (AVLSB) is partnering with Ikano Pte Ltd (Ikano) to develop a mix development project, to be spread over a 10-year period, with an estimated gross development value of RM8 billion in Batu Kawan, Penang.

AVLSB, together with Ikano, will also develop a state-of-the-art integrated regional shopping centre and anchored by an IKEA Store.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Ivory said it had signed a purchase and development agreement with PDA for the acquisition of 245-acre freehold land in Bandar Cassia for an undisclosed sum.

国行今天在议息会议后公布,隔夜政策利率(OPR)由原本的3%调高至3.25%,升幅是0.25%。
由于市场从年头至今都在猜测国行可能会动手升息,以压制日愈升高的家庭债务与消费,致使令吉汇率从年头至今兑美元节节升高。

該公司集團董事經理拿督杜友平在股東大會後表示,鴻達資源會繼續專注在本身的業務,隨着加強內部及結構性增長外,業務將專注在外銷,最新開發市場為泰國及菲律賓,同時加強印尼及新加坡的業務。
他說,除了本地市場,該集團會把業務鎖定在東南亞,一個6億人口的市場,隨着各東盟新興國家的崛起,經濟結構趨向穩定,使有關地區有很大的發展空間。
他說:“未來我們的業務會朝向這個方向尋求進一步成長。"面對成本逐漸提高,該集團從內部調控,加強成本效率,來對抗成本高的衝擊。
至于目前鋼鐵業面對中國的競爭,杜友平坦然表示,外來的競爭無法避免,只能把公司內部的結構做好,迎進新技術,提高產品素質,鞏固原有的顧客群,盡量把衝擊減至最低。
談及明年落實的消費稅對鋼鐵產品的影響,他希望政府在實施消費稅的同時,未來的公司稅也會降低,以抵銷消費稅措施的沖擊。
全年淨利1624萬
鴻達資源截至2013年12月31日止,全年淨利為1千624萬令吉,營業額為6億53萬令吉;2014年首季,該公司淨利為384萬4千令吉,營業額為1億5千748萬2千令吉。

玮力产业总执行长拿督刘永福在股东大会后向媒体表示,集团最近和吉隆坡与柔佛的几名地主进行洽谈取得正面回应,一旦策略有定案,会在适当时候作出宣布。
他说,集团总部也扩充营运规模,自从原址Birch House搬迁至槟岛时代广场第二期办公楼后,面积已从原本的1万7077平方尺扩大至10万6377平方尺,楼高4层,展销廊规模相当庞大。
提及Aspen Vision Land(玮力拥49%股权)与Ikano共同联营的峇都加湾宜家家居(20英亩)及商业广场(55英亩)发展项目,他说,有关与槟州发展机构签署的买卖及发展合约正在拟定中。
推会员卡制度
他指出,这项合资综合性发展计划(Ikano占20%,AVL占80%)占地170英亩。

Let's us think... since numerous of LA has been converted to mother in these few weeks, right?
In other words, the volume of LA is smaller compared to last quarter.

So, my question is

1) Will it benefits to LA since the volume turns smaller?

2) Smaller volume got better room for appreciation?
