We refer to the announcements dated 22 July 2015, 7 August 2015, 26 August 2015, 27 August 2015, and 26 October 2015 in relation to among others, the Free Warrant Issue (“Announcements”). On behalf of the Board, CIMB wishes to announce that the Board has on 5 November 2015 fixed the exercise price for the Warrants to be issued pursuant to the Free Warrants Issue at RM1.70 per Warrant.
