Look at the facts

1) Gloves are one-use products in great demand BECAUSE they are actually being used. Who uses tulips and sardines? Bubbles that burst previously are NOT on essential items

2) Even big company like TG can have backlog of 600 days. This is unprecedented. FYI, TG always target close to 100% utility. So they no choice have to buy gloves from previous small manufacturers IE careplus, rubberex, comfort, HLT with idle capacity before pandemic

3) Increasing ASP for prolonged periods definitely not sustainable. But the increase in demand and shortage of raw material as well as spot order capacity makes up for it.

4) the only news that could possibly say glove rally is over is WHO and world government announce they don't need gloves anymore ever again. NOT vaccine, NOT oversupply, but a definite statement saying that they will cancel all orders in the foreseeable future.
This is unlikely, right?

So with 4 upside, and 1 very unlikely downside, propoer investors with half a brain could see that it is a definite BUY

China nitrile capacity is very low. And they are not used to processing nitrile.

China can build a million lines But it would be pointless.

There wont be enough raw material IE nitrile latex to go around.
Nitrile already in shortage since last year even before covid.

Now petroleum output reduced. Nitrile plants cannot go to full capacity so quickly. Even then, the capacity cannot cater to everyone.

Big 4 if aggressive, can just buy out the nitrile supply.

The number of lines doesn't matter. The raw material is the bottle neck

But try not to buy follow EPF pattern. They are not good indicator of company performance.

Epf buy share if make loses also never mind. They are basically buying everything so that something sticks.
