@kingston1 it's dangerous to bet on Iwcity. If Iwcity gets the project, Ekovest will follow suit to go up since it's going to benefit from the construction. However the reverse is not true. If Ekocest gets the project, Iwcity may not go up but may come down as it's not likely to benefit from the project
