Fact, REIT DY follow around 2 % above MGS (4%)
Dividend yield of 6% is what mostly reit will be ...

With the previous dividend announcement, IGBREIT DY stands at 6.126%
Hopefully their earning is good this quarter and boost up the dividend

then we can see the IGBREIT price hovering at 1.35

MGS = 3.78% , IGBREIT DY = 5.25%
normally REITs will be using DY to judge their share price
and REITs DY will be at 2% higher than MGS

thus I would say that its share price is quite valued at the moment
wait for the dividend announcement to boost the DY higher
and the share price will auto adjust to its DY

since when does investing about making a point and force your belief into someone else . (maybe remisier will do that for a living). anyway, you might earn more than others , you might lose when someone else is profiting. No doubt, its all about your own personal's belief, judgement and decision...
