YLI landbank there was formerly doing huge waterpipes under Laksana Biwaba. Situated in Taman Melati besides Kg Damai which was formerly known as Kg Baru Cina. The new ECRL station will be built there. Most important development in Serendah will be it becomes a depot for goods from Northern states n nearby towns like Rawang ,Selayang n Batu Caves as KL Sentral train depots can't cope with the increasing cargoes. Exciting times for Serendah in the next few years that's too for transforming Talam from a rotten company to a mre respectable one.

Post listing, these 2 key engineer shareholders , Ir Tan Si Lim and Ir Chow Chin Seang own 35% each. That makes up 70% of the issued share. Free float is not much in the market. My rich friend had mopped up 1.5% of the issued share. Maybe rr88 ,another 1%. So it looks promising. Tomorrow will sell Panda and buys into CHB.

@iImuKhodam and Lisa Ooi, there is a good write up by Vincent Tang in the CHB ( 0291 ) forum who put tp RM1.40. SuperPanda tp 0.80sen to RM1.00. rr88 gave a tp of RM2.30. So if you cannot make $$$$ buying at RM 0.565, please go and claim from rr88.

@ tommy, did research and it is safe to hold Bahvest. Another good counter is ytd listed CHG. Boleh dapat rezeki besar. I had sold Leform ytd at 0.39. Went to their factories, not much activities down there,so it was purely goreng by LKT. Will sell Panda too, bought at high price around av 0.27 sen. All in to CHG....Cantik Hebat Group.Have confident it would break RM1.00
