if I m VT and if I as VT have to read this forum, this is what i will say :1) I will sue whoever accused me of share manipulation, proof it and report to Bursa, don't simply accuse me. 2) I am holding a major stake in BjC, more shares than anyone of you here, and I m the founder, it's my interest to see the Co perform well and the share price properly reflecting its value, besides I have to take care of my reputation 3) the market is free & open, no body asked you to invest in BjC, not me definitely, so stop blaming & the bad mouthing 4) if you are unhappy with BjC, go find another one, there are thousand over counters in Bursa, admit that it's your own fault, your own wrong judgement & try your luck somewhere else, 5) wishing all of you good luck, happiness & success in your investment

I hate it when i see the price down but the next moment I quickly buy some because it's a value buy. Sadly to say I m on paper loss on this counter.

This is undoubtedly the most mysterious and most difficult to understand counter in Bursa.

Ganasai, very well, that's the face value of the share. However, if the company is not worth the RM1.00 who would want to take in 353 million shares now. Though there's one thing quite peculiar here, why are they not buying from the market at 37.5/38.0 sen now instead of subscribing at RM1.00 par value?

The fact that the Iculs & warrants have to pay RM1.00/ share to subscribe for Bj Corp share apparently is telling us Bj Corp is worth something of RM1.00 at least.

If the sellers are not honest they could well push up the price of Bj Land before selling it to Bj Corp.

I read again the announcement on the 12% acquisition of BjLand and found that it's a fair deal. Why? 1) The sellers cost of purchase of the Bj Land shares averaged to about RM0.75/share but they are selling to Bj Corp at RM0.70/share. 2) the Icul is issued at RM 1.00 and only earning 2% interest, 3) the warrants have to pay RM1.00 in order to subscribe for Bj Corp share.

Will anyone call the analyst in RHB-OSK which gave this counter FV of 38.5 sen in June and RM0.30 in Sept 2015?

Ivan9511, to be entitled to the 1.0 sen dividend you have to hold till the market closed on 4/12/15.
Similarly, for those interested to get the dividend the last day to buy and get the dividend entitlement is on 4/12/15.

The higher sales was a result of its acquisition of manufacturing assets and equipment in Sg Petani, Kedah, in March and a higher share of profit in an associate, according to its filing on Bursa Malaysia this evening.

The group also benefited from a favourable forex rate, from the stronger US dollar against the local note.

In comparison, the group recorded a RM3.98 million net profit in the corresponding quarter a year ago.

Revenue for 3QFY15 went up by 22.4% to RM91.7 million, from RM74.93 million a year ago, as a result of the higher sales from its Malaysian operations.

For the nine months ended Sept 30, 2015 (9MFY15) the group recorded a net profit of RM10.33 million, which was 28.6% higher than its 9MFY14 net profit of RM8.04 million.

Revenue for 9MFY15, however, fell by 1.1% to RM205.2 million, from RM207.45 million a year ago.

On outlook, the group expects a profitable set of results in FY15, but remains cautious on business prospects given the slower economic growth in emerging markets and intensifying competition.

Formosa Prosonic Industries Bhd ( Valuation: 2.00, Fundamental: 1.65), which is principally involved in the manufacturing and selling of high quality speaker systems, saw its net profit for the third financial quarter ended Sept 30, 2015 (3QFY15) surge by 127% to RM9.05 million, mainly on higher sales at its Malaysian operations.
