Looks like that's max for Solarvest.. Price range RM2. 93 - RM3. 00 till closing on 19 Feb 2021. Many people disappointed. Sigh!

What a disappointed counter.. Price dropped after announcement of free warrants & bonus issue.

It seems there's no further information on the proposed Transfer to Main board after the announcement on 1 Sept 20. Wonder if the application have been submitted to SC & Bursa!

It's a good chance to buy knowing why the price is suppressed for the time being.

But there's obviously some force preventing the price from moving up for the time being, for some reasons.

The fundamentals of the company is one of the key factors. Many if not most of all the fund mgrs & investment hses don't invest in penny stocks. With the share consolidation, if the company performs well there is chance of getting better shareholders and more participation.

As for SSLee, I was at the last AGM and saw your lengthy "speech" and remember till today you kept mispronounced Insas as Insan. I also remember DS Thong hinted something directly or indirectly that the market is open, if you don't like the stock there are many other counters in Bursa for you (please don't cakap so much).. I think you didn't get what he said.

I remember there was a time Calvin was very active in Bjcorp singing praises everyday and his dream for Bjcorp was sky high, at that time Bjcorp price was around RM0. 50 - RM0. 65 with his calculation he valued Bjcorp at RM10.00 and was so sure that it was happening. But Bjcorp is struggling at RM0. 30 after so many years..

Alas... now Calvin is active in Insas doing what he was doing in Bjcorp. Hope it's not a bad sign.

@Janus, based on the financial results, the mgt's guidance on business plans and the kind of business CCK is in, this is a good counter with potential to go further up. At current price RM0. 94, the PE is only about 12x.

With annualized PE of about 6sen/share, at PEx10, PEx15, PEx20, the respective mkt price of MYEG is RM0.60, 0.90 and RM1. 20.
At current price RM1. 27 it's commanding PE of 21 times. Cheap or expensive? It's the crazy mkt that had chased the price up to above PE of 40times... Finally, there is a correction.

Private placement not necessary must be placed to fund managers, it can be private individuals / friends of the company.. in fact most of the time it's placed to individual 'friendly parties'.

Very typical of Insas. Announced good results but price go down. The counter has been cursed.

Maybe the previous CEO left because POS didn't do as well as what he promised--- 30% growth. Luckily he left otherwise he would be under a lot of pressure.

Sigh.... I bought when I thought it was cheap at 4.92, and bought again at 4.80, and thought it can't be any cheaper this morning at 4.62... kept buying and each time it went lower. So scary.
