Has invested - not will invest. In fact STT GDS is buying another piece of land in NCIP to set up hyperscale DC, meanwhile Microsft already has one hyperscale DC in Sedenak High Tech Park, and already paid for another hypersacle DC in NCIP.

Hyperscale DC is getting more and more crowded with stiff competition. No news from Nvidia as how is it going to 'collaborate' with YTLP. Is it just selling its Nividia AI chips? Is it just selling its software? Or is it going to get clients through its networking?

Proceed from land sale to Microsoft already received in Feb. Proceed from the other 2 land sales expected to come in by 3rd quarter. Profit from land sales will cushion capital expenditure, and further 100 acres industrial land in NCIP disposal may be materialized within this year. So another 500 million from land sales is awaiting. No point keeping so much cash unless go for further landbanking exercise.

Crescendo going to announce Q4 result by end of this month. Predict it will make a total 20 sen from normal business operation after tax. Since there was no interim dividend paid, couple with extra ordinary gain from land disposal, there is no need to retain more cash then necessary. Expecting it to declare not less than 20 sen per share by end of the month.

What is done in good faith? Must have taken sufficient due care and attention.
Nothing is said to be done in good faith which is done or believed without due care and attention. Omission(or suppression) of relevant fact in any thing done (or write up) purportedly supporting subject matter amounts to thing not done in good faith.

Malaysia benefited from China/US trade conflict. We should make more effort to maintain such advantage.

That is the way to engage with superpowers. We need to trade with China, and we need investment from the US, Germany, Japan, Korea and Singapore. We can act as intermediate bridging the 2 warring superpowers. Both China and US are welcome to set up business entities in Malaysia to avoid embarrassment to trade directly. China can sell anything US wants via business dealing in Malaysian companies , and the US companies can ship anything through Port Klang or Tanjung Pelepas.
