Insiders knew they are likely to fail pre-bidding HSR that's why scrambling for any projects that they can get even small ones. Dr Yeoh knew he couldn't managed to get a hold on the pre-bidding win with putrajaya politicians therefore he chose to step down as CEO and taking a back seat to be a advisory role only. He cares his reputation most so he down't want to be the CEO that fails to bid for HSR. Everything in m'sia is done that way especially govt contracts.

Don't harps on VIVO issues that have not confirm......wasting time.

VIVO already clinched projects that can last them up to 2017/2018 FY.............so basically these projects will contributes to the bottomline for FY2016/2017/2018...........so now we need to monitor the QR to determine the value of the stock.............this is gonna be facts.........just the numbers is crucial on the stock price.....................who resigned or joined is not matter for FY2016/2017/2018.

Only worries is other external and internal economies shocks that we cannot possibly control.

Said earlier .......BIOHLDG............i will time my entry in this stock in coming days........i likes their bonus issue and biz model especially traditional herbs (TCM) and ODM status....and the facts the free float of shares in the market only 26.70% as at 25th March 2016 report where the remaining shares hold by the 30th largest shareholders.

Another stocks worth take a look is BioAplha Holding (BIOHLDG....Code 0179).....trading between 0.365 to 0.385s......since past 1 month. Director accumulating and bonus of 1 for 3 is on the way......pending ex-date announcement.......can collect on weaknesses.

Someone will come out defending his analysis, theories, thesis based on academic concepts...............but i don't care since all the informations about VIVO can be obtained from their website and announcements in Bursa.

I am merely stating all these from the informations obtained everywhere in the investment journal, magazine, reports and analyst reports.......................so not my own figure.....................if the person wanna challenge it then throw the challenge to VIVO Board, analyst, brokerage firms etc.

Please check Vivo credentials from their website since they have won numerous awards and also they're been sub-con experiences for some listed company specialise in construction namely Bina Puri and others private company.

Projects completed by Vivo Enterprise are:

1) KPJ Kangar, Perlis - Main Con: B.H.O. Sdn Bhd
2) KLIA2 Airport - Main Con: Bina Puri Bhd
3) Hospital UKM - Main Con: Tim Sekata Sdn Bhd
4) Marinox Sky Villas - Main Con: CRCC Malaysia Sdn Bhd
5) One Gateway, Klang - Main Con: CRCC Malaysia Sdn Bhd
6) One Kiara - Main Con: MCC Overseas

So basically they have the expertise in civil, engineering and construction field since inception of Vivo enterprise.

If they do not have all these experiences...............would you think someone will awarded the sub con projects to them. All the above are completed without Dr Yeoh in the Board at that time..........because they are procured when Yeoh are the projects consultant.

Yeoh joints VIVO 8 months since .........projects still coming in and if Yeoh really resigned VIVO still can go on clinging projects because any projects clinched, VIVO still use WY Consulting because they're part and parcel of the whole deals.

So if someone still harping that VIVO do not have experiences and expertise in civil, engineering and construction.........you guys go judge yourself whether it is true or not.
