The EdgeDaily CEO TONG is an investor itself and that piece of news is to bring down the price for his benefits................and now VIVO already came out and clarified Yeoh case until official resignation of Yeoh is confirm.

Yeoh cannot cope with 2 highly position in Vivo as CEo and also his own consultancy firm WY Consultancy.......hence his resignation after putting all the carts to the horses liked CRCC/China Nuclear/etc in place.

b4b4.................yes good company with low borrowing...........future dilution in EPS due to warrants conversion but borrowing keeps to minimal.............not bad for a construction outfit.

So in order for the company to further tap into funds for projects.................they need to push out good results to boost the price and hence get ppl to converts the warrants before they can have the funding.................at current moments i think they still manage to fund on their own but as new projects get started in the 3rd quarter onward they need more funds.

That is why the coming QR is crucial to determine the company funding.

Not all people are blind.................some will have different approaches and foresight.............the same goes to those funds in US that foresee Britain won't leave EU and yesterday all these get an onslaughts from the markets.
