Bumiputra middlemen sitting and doing nothing in a companies is norm in any industry...........not only constructions..............don't think that you alone knows about this............practically and foreigns companies need to give 30% equity participations to Bumi in the Board.................they're just sleeping partners actually and just collects salaries/dividend..............and they're no way can interfere in running of the biz.

YTL are screwed not becos of the BUMI equity but as you have argued strongly earliers...........constructions/properties industry are experiencing slowdown ma.......am i correct?.

LGMGL, I'm also involved in construction sector. Already in the circles and peers, many are talking abt it. Don't believe? Actually u can see it with ur both eyes already that he has intention to leave. Do u know why? First step is to take a back seat then jump to become executive director in that other company.

When Yeoh is CEO of VIVO..........................why on earth wanna be Exec Director of another company?............don't make sense to me................... what i can think of is that Yeoh is saddle with many high positions in many companies/centres/etc..............he simply can't cope with that...........especially his reputations is highly regarded in the construction industry over the world..............and he have high intergrity and doesn't made sense of jumping ships just like that.

LGMGL.........Since Yeog is a project consultant and have good relationship with China big giants.................he can get any contracts or projects from them and awarded to any constructions company listed here according to their expertise................nothing wrong in doing that.

In facts............any mega projects awarded to a single bidder eg.....LRT/HSR/Electrified Double Tracking will still sub contracted out to few sub-con according to their expertise..............so a company doesn't really need to have a influential head to qualify for projects...................it is the company reputations and expertise that set this attributes apart.

Michelle.................i don't think so Yeoh resignation will affected VIVO.............everything puts in place...............some structures that binding on CRCC/China Nuclears with VIVO and WY Consulting..........it is local requirements...............so Yeoh have settles this in place.......no further comments.
