LK036, if you have huge amount, then REIT is the best options.........spread your investment into different ones that you can get the dividends every months...............but for me i do not like to have liabilities at all if i can manage them.

At current moment my liabilities just my car which have another 14 months to go.......after that i am liabilities free.

I can't give you a real answer.

For me i will take some loan and settle it in few years time, at the same time i can have some cash to invest and for emergency or contingency in case something crops up.

Bryan90, the CEO Anne expertise is in Telecommunication when the company started as Instaco after backdoor listing thru I-Power.

So the company now changed to VIVO because they involve mainly in construction biz as their core biz...............the telecomunication/aluminium fabrication and engineering is contribution less........................so Dr Yeoh assuming the lead as CEO.
