Myview, i know both bonus n warrant will diluted the EPS but bonus will immediately diluted the EPS hence increasing the PE and the share price will be affected.

Whereas warrants wont diluted EPS until someone exercise them.........so the effects will be slower.................thus protecting the price of the stocks.

PP - Private Placement Holders.............meaning company issued shares within 10% of it total shares to strategic investors to participate in the company progress.

Usually this PP holders will hold the shares for profit over a longer period before exits........not merely for 5 or 10 sen profits.

tomwah.............i think i have mentioned numerous times from starts until now, the stocks is for long term and watch out for next 2-3 QR to fully factor the value of the company and reflected in the stocks pricing. Unless anything happens or there is change in the fundamental of the company, then the valuation will be change and i will change the outlook again.

Please do not asking when to out or hold..........unless you wanna made short term profits then you decide the entry and exit price............no one is so accurate in predicting the exit, entry or holdout level.............no one will be able to guarantee them.

Panamy already with me for 5 years, i bought 11.80 then the highest 26.00. The dividend alone already cover my 1st purchase till to date. When i bought 26.00 it went all the way down to 18.90 and now the stocks trading at 29.18 and the dividend announcement is around the corner...........i am expecting 2.00 per share apart from the interim of 15sen in Jan'16.........this should be a record year becos they making good profits.

Hai-O dividend for past year is great too............price of stocks few months back from 2.40 level, now 2.60.
