Why sell now and buy back later if you have no confident in the company because the stocks price nosedives?................why wanna buy back at lower price.............means you have confident in the company but want a cheaper entry...............aren't this a wrong moves?

Vivo free float now around 60%....................when they transfer to MB.............the stocks will attracts foreign funds and local funds manager into it and this will reduce the free float hence the price will be chase high.
