Cannot be Macquarie got cheated?

Macquarie is just funds provider with the aim of good return within a span of short period.

They won't hold long onto a particular stocks that have no potential, they just subscribed for 10% discount and sold upon listing of the shares.

They only hold on shares with good potential for longer term which is also quite rare.

T7 Global has entered into MOU with Terengganu state linked corp EPIC and CMC Engineering to form a consortium to undertake the Terengganu parcel of the RM60 bil ECRL project.

So Pahang side will involved the state linked party too and Selangor could do the same too...........anyone think that VIVO can get it thru CRCC?..........so far CRCC news doesn't emerged since Dr Yeoh departure.

Correct me if i'm wrong, major holders like Golden Oasis, Ang Li Hann, etc are holding on their stakes because to show confidence to public and investors and not because they're losing big as all of you perceived. Their cost is almost below the current RI too which is why they don't bother about the investors interest.

When Instacom bought Neata Aluminium from them already at inflated goodwill, they got cash plus issuance of shares.

So with this kind of attitude, do you think what made them considering the investors interest>

Actually, i am replying to Orga question...........i am quoting myself investing in VIVO............i am lucky just to loose back all the profit made from VIVO.............but as other are mentioning not all are lucky and most of them are sitting on 70-80% paper losses.

Initially, the company switching from telecommunication to construction is well received by the investors and the emergence of reputable Dr.Yeoh propelled the stocks to new high and couple with new contracts secured and good result fuse further interest but after the results started to dwindled with Dr Yeoh news of resignation and CRCC faded into oblivion and replaced with contracts suddenly emerged from Perak/Terengganu it already start suspicious. Then no more news of CRCC emerges with HSR is another suspicion.

But it already too late........to sell is dead, to hold is dilemma.... but in the end we need to made a decision as we cannot hold on forever something that is non performing. That's why i decided to cut it off without losing my capital after calculating the total fund i get back.

So i am totally out for the time being without regrets........but doesn't mean i am right. It could rise back in the coming months or year but as i made the decision there and then i feel i am right that time..)))

Well, i have make huge profit from Instacom day starting from 8sen until the high 365s..................now i have given back all these and cash out at 105sen.

Lucky didn't touch my capital but unlucky after making this 4 years from this stock and need to give back all.

The Management is totally at faults for failing the shareholders and investors by poorly managed the company.

If they can manage well the incoming right issue of 60mil over and fully capitalised it usage to the right directions, they can not only manage to release the 296 mil receivable and turn into revenue but also can healthy collections from customers due.

Any screw-up in between will get them stuck again.

So the next 2 quarters is crucial and need to be monitored closely and act upon swiftly.

The stock wont be delisted yet because financially still okay.........to be honest.

The issue now is they have jobs, but short of funds to launch it and that's why the right issue comes in.............but but the main point is how long this right issue funding can last them?..........how many projects it can launch simultaneously?.......what happen next if the funds fully utilise and the projects yet to be billed.

Another points is the receivable that over 296mil that have not been able to realise into revenue.......how much they can realise it with the right issue fund?.

Amount due from customers as at 31/12/17 is 50 mil compared 63mil as at 30/9/17 show they managed to collect 13mil for the 3 months which is about 20% of the due amount billed.

After the right issue, they can the best last them 6 months provided the receivable can realised into revenue and collected back...........else the financially issue will crops up again.

Just my opinion.........if you want to buy then buy after ex right for safer path.

Let the management taste back their own medicine.

No movement except the early morning thrust.

What happened to Macquarie's buying PP @ 0.125?
Macquarie still holding @ 0.08?

Macquarie got the deal less 9.99% and sell off immediately for either 9.99% to 15% profit. Easy monies to them and better return than any deposit.

Unless they show up in the shareholder list...........otherwise they are just funds provider for a good return. Every stocks got them involved.

Car so important?...........got existing ones and still running fine will do lah. Use the profit for reinvestment better.))

Just my opinion.
