Thong still disposing his stake . So don't expected the price to go up. I bought. 615sen also waited more than few months before can out at 655sen n 66sen if not mistaken. Then it start rolling down the hill.

Do not forget the Board Members already gained from dividends, bonus shares and the run up of the share price after bonus back to the offer of 3.10.

Small fund or big funds in OLDTOWN only interested in good returns and don't mind taking the 10% premium, further they do not fall in love with stocks. They only interested in making monies and good returns for the funds.

As for the Board Members, they have reaped multiple thousand times returns before the listing of OLDTOWN. They are in listed CHONG NGAI KNITTING COM before selling the same to another acquire pocketing hundred millions.

So this is the 2nd windfalls for the Board through OLDTOWN after successfully developing the brand after so many years of hardworks.

If i am one of them, i would cash out now and enjoys my fruits of labor.

JDE offer not only to the Board, it applied to all shareholder's as well and whether they manage to get 3.10 or not is another issue.

Do not think the price can go 3.10......since all the Board Members agreed to let go.

They will not interested in maintaining the listing status as they won't go for all the hassle reporting deadline,protocols, requirements and holding AGM/EGM to seeks shareholders approval.

They only interested in the branding and the markets that OLDTOWN is conquering especially China.

Without listing status, everything can be done swiftly and profits remained back in their coffers rather than sharing with the shareholders.

Even they not getting the require 90% threshold shares, they can dump their holdings below the offer to scare those reluctant to sell at the first place and grab from the open market.

Remember cash is KING and they are the KING at the moment.

Take it at 3.10 or below..............just my opinion as a biz preposition.

Instead of paying 100% for RM3.10, they just push the price down to buy at cheaper valuation...))

looks like someone is pushing up for Omesti to exits.

everytime the throw down is so fast and steep and give all to the buyers.

1st - 0.04s - 0.085s
2nd 0.085s - 0.115s
3rd 0.125s - 0.13s

Final one give to buyers at 14scant, 135s also not fast enough.

Lucky rebound back to 13s then sold.

This stocks signal band is between 0.005s to 1s the most so not suitable for contra kaki's.

Either you buy long or you don'y buy at all.

Already holding then hold for better results and CNQC coming in. No point cutting loss at the middle of the ocean.

Current price is supported by fundamental value at the moment.

Unless coming years result are in the red then you need to cut loss else just keep.

Just my opinion.

Yes, this is one of the agenda on the card.

The most important is the e-wallet things that will be rolled out in schools nationwide for e-payment of fees/canteens/etc and towards cashless society education for the young ones.

Remember HUBLINE price at 0.10 is actually worst than before share consolidation at 0.20sen.

0.10/20 shares = 0.005sen previously when the last price before consol is 0.01s.

If not for KLSE down 11 points, DGSB already 0.125sen now.

Ppl are cautious but if today can close steadily at 12sen is already bonus.

Hopefully this weekend the stocks close at 0.15s

Many times nearly giveup on this stock, but my sifu keep telling me to hold this. This counter consider very cheap when insas step in. Behind insas have inari. Still scare? Will hold till gold.

Behind DGSB got Insas, behind Insas got Inari, behind Inari got The BIGGEST TECH GIANT (AVAGO) that bought over BROADCOM.

NOW BROADCOM still pursuing QUALCOMM.

The rest you can imagine the synergies.

immediate is 12s, next is 15s in my opinion.
