CCk sales to Hongkong is very small relatively to total revenue. In the Mar'18 quarter only 432k revenue to Hongkong. For the year ended 31/12/17.....only 78k.

Any thier only poultry farm is in Sarawak but with wholesale/retail stores all over in Sarawak/Sabah.

So i don't think the export banned to HKG affected CCK much.

The 0.025sen will come when the additional listing of the securities. Time will proof.

I always believe in fate..........when this counter can't go further and keep coming down it already spelled doom no matter how you interpreted it.

Classic examples is Hubline that for over 10 years can't even up, even after 20 to 1 consolidation the stock still going down and worst than before it goes ex-consol.

Another one is Keladi Maju........it never see the daylight after a brief uptrend.

So Vivocom is another one now in the packs.

guess this year is the best and hope the price will break the 30 sen level.

RI-OR stopped trading and now all the buyers are exercising it to mother and gets free warrants.

So next level is listing day........so your guess is good as mine.

Just wait for their quarter result this month and you will see if all the collectibles are collected and their funds depleted before this RI.

Please check the fact it is not down........based on last closing of 0.92 it is 1.84 before ex bonus.

In fact if you bought at the highest 2.00 before bonus and collected the free warrants, you are sitting on profit even the price now 0.92sen.

Suspension or not is not for I3 Admin to decide if the comments is fair and unbiased. Everyone is entitled to their opinion as long no vulgarity or untruth things that detrimental to investors.

All the people that investing here are adults that can think rationally before jumping into the bandwagon. If you're so blind in making the sound judgement, then don't blame others.

Circumstances does change from time to time pertaining to investment in a particular companies listed in Bursa and a buy call initially cannot be use as a buy call later. Please check the changes of the companies you intend to put your hard earned monies into.

And don't blame people for talking out truth about the companies and banned them.

Invest at your own risks and do your research.

After the OR stop listed the pressure will be on the mother shares as those subscribed to the OR plus 0.025sen will start selling upon listing later together with the free warrant E.

So for 0.005.0.01 sen gain from Warrant E, the reverse is on mother share.

So not worth buying the OR and go through all the hassle just to gain 0.005/0.01 sen.

Worst still you could ended with 0.025sen for the mother.

Do not believe?............just wait.

the company had been issued too many bonus warrants, PP and RI is their last cards........now they can only kiss goodbye to the listing status if they fail to ignite the projects with the remaining funds they have now.

Whether the factory is here or in Thailand as long the cost is lower with demand supplied from Thailand then the profit should be spectacular.

Darth, i can assure that the company will gets stuck again in 6 months time if by the rate of collection is run by the same standard it was for past 1 year.

Time will proof. Just wait.

The company going forward just relied on whatever projects announced/cancelled/aborted earlier. After all the events there is no more new projects secured to date.

So RI is completed and funds secured to finance whatever stalled projects......now the real issue are:

i) can they collected those outstanding collections due from customers on time to finance the ongoing ones and start new ones that already late.
ii) can they speed up those outstanding stalled ongoing projects from RI funds received and billed in time before incurring penalties/late interest claims?.

These concerns are most critical to the company going forward for the next 6 months.

Even none of the Management did come out to address the investors on the company progress or directions.

Really disappointed with the attitude of the Management so far.

At least the selling volume at each level decrease

As long PAG or credit suisse is t the holder your acquire assets will be turned down. They're only yield investors.

Spac warrant will be toilet paper upon expiry if the company doesn't get to acquire a business. Sona is an example.

Their alliance with China companies already gone and so does the one with Perak/Terengganu projects.

Unless the company can have a JV with a strong financing partner, i do not see they can complete those projects in hand.

You wanna put FD, better put in YTL/Gamuda/IJM.

Even after consolidation doesn't guarantee price rises as in HUBLINE case where 20 shares into 1 share at 0.20sen.

Now see how much is HUBLINE 0.07sen.

VIVO is not going to get more jobs since their credibility is gone.

The company already mentioned the preparation for POD to Pertamina is ongoing since last year end and production delivery will starts in 2nd half. Even though the last quarter is profitable. So the 4th quarter result will be this month and if positive then it signal a milestone for the company to return to profitability solely from energy supplies business compared previous years.

One day to pump up making like it gonna come and dump to those unlucky ones and buy lower today and made 1 sen gain. What a good monies made out of unsuspected buyers.

For sure the RI is gonna receive low acceptance and the funds collected will fall short of the require amount to finance their ongoing projects.

There are issued to rewards the company Directors and staffs for the hard dedication to the growth of the company.

ANother way to reward shareholders like us is free warrants if they need further funding for expansion later.

So those retailers need to be patient and growth with the company.

SBB (Share buy Back ) is good since the company can use funds to support or push up the shares price based on the future direction or future prospect of the company in terms ot revenue or profit growth. Only the Management will knows this and when you see buy back mean the company see the future value.

The treasury shares later can be cancel off or given as shares dividend later to reward shareholders.

Of course when SBB in place, the company financial position will depleted, and another way to support the company finance going forward is to issue free warrant to reward shareholders and at the same time to provide the company funds to support their company expansion at cheaper available funding.

We will see later the above will be reality or not, but one thing emerges from all the events that took place for past 6 months since admission of Dato Thong (insas/Inari) and Dr Tan Seng Chuan (Inari) into the company spelled a good fortune and future for DGSB.

To my opinion, something is brewing already.......sit tight.

Fully valued at this stage............so time for mother to fly first before the warrant follow.

One thing for sure if the assumption is true or not. But i want to share some discomfor figure in their 1st quarter account where receivable increased 95mil compared the 4th QR despite revenue from energy didn't improved leap or bound.

Meaning the company is managing poorly on collectables from each customers using EDI.

Revenue from the company mostly dependent on EDI compared energy sectors.

So any revoke of license will badly affected their biz.

Beware on this and monitor their latest QR for these items for improvement.

A useless and crooks company. Just let it drift to 0.01sen n falls into pn category

The concrete evidence so far is the slow rising of the warrant from 9sen to 12sen and the mother from 23sen to 235 sen.

A good slow sign and i am confident the coming result should be good.

capital reduction just an accounting entry in their books to clean up all the accumulated losses in their books......in a way is good to cleanse up the books.

not those capital reduction by way of reducing the value of the shares and consolidating it.... so no effects on the share pricing.
