I am one of the victims of greed thinking the company will scaled new heights with good credential people on Board and tied up with Chinese players CRCC.......suddenly swamped with plenty of jobs, contracts, etc.

In the end , some projects just a hoax, some drop out half way during construction and some having financial difficulties in continuing. Even last PP funds are used to paid for expenditure to complete a certain stages of the ongoing projects.

Now RI is also the same fate.

So better invest in other stocks rather than VIVOCOM.

My opinions.

sell and cut loss if you can. if you hold until expiry you loose everything......not worth dabble in index warrants......learn as a lesson.

just be kind hearted telling you guys here rather later like MyEG.

Yes since 2002 each quarters making profit and dividends payment......on top there is giveout/bonus/etc.

how come all the Directors have the free warrants credited to them yesterday whereas other investors not even credited?.

why the announcement for directors dealing is out yesterday?

beware the latest scandal that our the govt gonna reveal got linked to Krono though Quantum Storage India Ltd though one company linked to our ex PM brother.

Directors selling before split to booked in the profit and at the same time the funds are use to support after ex.

from today rebound it is going to push up to accommodate the warrants listing......further yesterday was the start of share buyback.

so in term price support ....no need to worry.

on and off it is usual for the directors to dispose since they are human like everyone and need to use monies.

conversion of warrants already pre-set at 0.90s..........so based on yesterday closing 2.00, Monday ex will be 1.00.........the Board will continue push up the price so that when warrants listed it will command higher and they gonna reaps the full potential profits out of it and also the mother shares.

bear in mind usually warrants command a bit premium around 20 to 25% from the conversion price. So i m expecting the warrant on listing will be about 0.20 to 0.25sen and the mother will be 1.10 to 1.20

the reasons why contracts is retracted, cancelled, reviewed because some can be directly handled by the Ministry's itself to increase revenue for the GOVT. Others can be still awarded to 3rd parties based on a lower fees.

i don't think so...........RI funds only can last them the most 6 months provided the previous receivables are collected on time or else they will stuck again financially.

and with the Harapan Govt reviewing the HSR/ECRL/and other big tickets projects chances for them to get more projects is slim because of their financial standing.

the company share price is no help too for the company as they cannot charged to the banks for loan because of their bad reputation.

so better don't touch the stock.........in my opinion.

they have scored gas in one of the area and are now preparing POD to the GOVT of Indonesia and once approve the supply can be on and start contributing in the 3rd quarters of 2018 which they have mentioned end of last year. so basically they're on track with the forecast.

NETX already included into Shariah Stock Lists which mean local Shariah funds can invest into it.

where is the ruling party AGM?

So if you take out 600mil from the 1.2bil, the actual viable and concrete ones could only worth half.

the best is do not subscribe for their RI and let them take up on their own.

Those bought low now hope you can double your investment but those bought at the peak............sorry you need to fork out extra to subscribe for the RI and bear the brunt of the share price sliding down more after RI.

You're right............let them support the company and defending for the Board.

If they're so good with 1.2b............long ago come out and promote the company to investors and bankers should no issue to loan them.

Why keep issue PP after PP and RI?.

After all the hoo hah on Dr Yeoh/projects nothing else coming out from the company.

Vivoforever1, u are right. All ktsk88 counter laosai. Where ever counter he bought, share price sure go down. It’s good he sold off all his shares. Otherwise, Vivocom sure going down lagi.

You're right whatever i sold go down lagi.......i sold Vivo 0.105sen and it didn't holding there.........why now 0.07sen?..))

the best time to buy is 1-2.5 sen in 6 months time.............buy and keep until it get revamped again by someone and we can reaps profit from it.

BN wins GE Vivo can get many projects eg Prima house, ECRL, AS airport and many more.

B4 winning election also they have Perak/Terengganu govt housing projects but nothing fruitful coming out so far.....could be not even started those projects. The more projects they won the more burden to the company finances.

Investors won't be exercising the warrants so they are out of touch with extra resources to start those projects.

So they are going down south at a slow rate and any further projects awarded to them will pull them down faster.

4sen to 5sen is coming soon after the RI.............stay tuned.
