Another new shareholder Victoria Limited is holding about 6% shares which i do not know whether related to Victoria Capital.

If the PP is issued to current Instacom CEO Anne Kung company, i would said i have no confident that she will keep the PP, she will dispose off in near future.

It doesn't matter who take up the PP, the takers should know the company well enough to warrant the investment into the PP.

If the company don't have any fundamental or future growth, you think they will dump the monies into the company although the PP is less some discount?.

The top shareholders as at 29 May 2015 are thru direct or nominees account:

Lei Shing Hong (Hap Seng boss) - 25.03%
Hap Seng Insurance Services - 9.56% + 6.86%
Victoria Capital Sdn BHd - 1.94%+0.73%+0.44%

ESOS is issued at 13 sen so no one after exercising the ESOS will sell in the market for 13 sen.

ESOS provide additional funding to the company apart from rights issue to expand their gold mining activities.

So it is part and parcel of the expansion.

All stocks under pressure, not only Instacom. This trend going to continue this whole week until Wednesday. But if Instacom knows how to play the game for stock price sustainability then release news of projects tomorrow or which days it stocks falls badly to support it.

lextcs, perhaps Dr Yeoh resigned from Instacom and withdraw all the projects injection. Then back to 7.5 sen or falls under PN3.

Imsam, if you can't average down and the stocks rebounded, it is good too. You wont loose out since it is back to your level unless you wanna get big exposure in Instacom.

Otherwise, just relax and enjoy the show up.

TopGlov is too expensive, you can go for Globetronics since they're exporting their products and gain from USD dollar exchange. The company Directors are buying back their own shares daily since 5 years back and above and when the share was trading back then 70sen level. Daily affairs buying by the same directors show he is 100% confident of the company.

I prefer you go for Globetronics.

Interest hike is surely, thats why DJI down 309 plus points last Friday. If this week Monday/Tuesday market can sustain without dropping big points, it means all the bad news already reflected and discounted by the market last week.

Imsam. if you wanna average i think wait another 2 more day preferably after Wednesday. US Federal Reserve is expected to announce interest hike this coming meeting.

another rip off stocks. will not up much until QA is in sight. Those initial IPO holders applied the mom for 50 sen but get warrant free. So you need to add the warrant + mom to get back your IPO price.

Hence, it is hard for the mom to go back to 50sen. Dream on until you got acquisition announcement.

I think those that bought high around 33sen no need to average down a stock so fast when it dropped few sen. Average down when the downtrend is stable. This is from my experience so far. I paid heavy tuition fees to bursa for past 10 years over. But so far I can said is if you have funds and you have the knowledge, theory, perseverance, and most important you have $$$$$, you can win in bursa.

I do day trade sometime without the funds and surely I get burned because the timing not in my side.

Those stocks that I pick and monitored without capital commitment all went up. If I do have funds all my trade is in positive territory.

Now waiting for my funds to come in end of January 16.

Then i have confident of beating the market.

Now just watch and continue studying the stocks and market while holding to my existing portfolios.

Hopefully with the CRCC awarded project, Instacom price can be sustainable at current level with the rest of the stocks down as expected from the US expected interest rate hike and the DJI Friday falls of 300+ plus points.

They will get sum part of the contracts....so expected both Fajar and Instacom to make announcement soon to Bursa.

The consortium of CRCC and Fajar clinched the deal.

Awarded to CRCC & Fajar group. But since Instacom is PDP of CRCC, Instacom will also benefits from the projects when CRCC awarded a sum part to them.

So don't expect Instacom to fly next week, it could drag down to 25 to 26sen before rebounding. But if they got announcement, then it stay between 26 to 28sen.

That's is my opinion.

Myself have investment in stocks, gold, FD, insurance, healthcare, properties.

i have faith with the company now compare 2 years back.

Thats why you need to know who are on Board, the company biz models, the profit growth results and these will reflected into the share price.

Instacom during past years is really sucks. But since acquired Neata Alum and Dr yeoh joined the fortune changed. You can see they get more contracts than they've gotten hold off b4 the acquisition of Neata and Dr Yeoh entry.

So you can see the transformations happening and also the quarter results that you don't see previously.

Another quarter reporting will cemented that the company future is bright.

Lim123, what DazNg said is true. Most of the investment guru follow this. When everyone selling, you should buy that stocks if you see the fundamental of the company didn't change.

Different people have different risks appetite. Investment in share can give you huge return provided you got a good one to be in.

You need to have long view and holding on shares to gain maximum return better off than putting into FD.

My Instacom have been with me since 2 plus years and this is the 3rd year now. The return not at 50% is more than FD for 3 years compounded.

Therefore, the risk and return appetite is differs with people.

For me, i don't have any financial liabilities so i don't mind taking the extra risks for better return.

WY Consultancy could not qualify to list on Bursa without the track records needed, therefore Dr Yeoh entered Instacom and inject biz from his companies into Instacom.

RedSena if you go in now might get caught. Don't listen to him.

Don't forget RedSena might be pump and dump because shareholders applied for RM0.50 and get free warrant.

So you need to add both to get back your original 50sen.

ktsk88, you think I called him rascal is too harsh, you can take a look at th earlier comments on 1 or 2 Dec. There are people who talked about his wife and his mother also. But I think that is overboard. Too much. If this guy is bad, then just talked about him but not his family. But Why so many people don't like him? It is better off Green Packet without inclusion of P1 accounting in it books. All these years those losses are mainly from P1.
