don't expect soon, just keep and don't look at it. don't listen to too much negativity. believe yourself and the company. keep tab of the development and quarterly results. any changes then you made your decisions.

I am holding big chunk of the warrants and some mother too.

Hope this time they got the QA and release the pressure of the Mgmt and also the shareholders.

This will give the Mgmt some relieve and concentrate on the STAG Oilfield and others cheaper assets or tied-up to enhance the company profits in months or years to come.

This QA met all the Bursa requirement for SPAC QA purchase and we should see the approval early than previous Salamander deal.

After approval have been obtain, warrant holders have some breeding space.

Oil is now at the bottom, i don't think all the OPEC members will ever want to let it go lower which is not beneficial to them either.

Whatever comes down will always go up.

There bound to have some of the shareholders throwing out some but if they have foresight, they will keep for future growth.

Look at IFCAMSC, the stock rises from penny stock to over RM1.xx.

Almost daily there are disposal either from shareholders, ESOS etc but the price supported because the company got fundamental and steady streams of profit.

The same goes to Instacom later.

Lim123, i prefer Instacom announce it along the way so that to keep the momentum play for the stock rather to announce at one shot.

Another pump and dump stocks at the same time with instacom is INIX with rights issue with warrant. dropping like hell from 15 sen to 7sen now.

Company is doing reclamation works and in hand just one projects valued less than 30 million. Now bidding for Penang reclamation job.

Support for the stocks is steady now after pump and dump at 7sen.

Reclamation land jobs in Malaysia is scarce and future of the company is bleak.

okay gotta rest awhile here and go to bornoil blog and glotec blog. hehehe

We don't have to guess whether they're same person, just ignore them.

Good points Myview. This is not pump and dump stock like XOX, Wintoni. Those companies are without fundamental.

I have entered and holding Bornoil almost 2 weeks back at 0.165sen. As for Glotec, it was 1 year ago at 105 sen and 135 sen.........i do not bothered the movement until it went down to 4 sen. Latest quarter already turn in 1 million profit from the gas biz. So the next quarter expected to be better than current one and future is bright for an uptrend.

it doesn't matter the next quarter is in Feb, just made sure the support level around 25sen didn't breach in the run up to Feb will do.

Why wanna bother someone on the negative side when the shares down, all sorts of reasoning. When the shares up, he sang a different tune.

This is not a typical investment guru style, only negativity and bombarding all the members, cursing, run down etc.

If Instacom is so bad grade stocks, why he wanna bother whether the stocks up or down and start spreading fears.

If the stock is good then just give some buying price of the stocks to go in and keep. No need to come here daily to talk, asking ppl to sell when down 1-1.5 sen and asking ppl to take profit when the shares up 1-2 sen.

Just don't bothers such ppl with such calls.

If he is so good, just recommended to the ppl stocks that have potential to become a gem and bought in now.

I do ask recommended 2 here if you got extra funds to park for long term.....Bornoil and Glotec.

DJI turns green because yesterday no critical reporting that will affected the US market. After tonight (tomorrow Saturday), there are 3 critical index reports that will move or shake the US market.

So just enjoy today ride up although won't be much movement but still in the green for Instacom unless unless those PP/substantial shareholders cash out.

Tomorrow might be green. Next week could be in the red since if not mistaken Federal Reserves gonna announce interest rate hike. But that also already discounted by the markets.

Today no major US indicators reporting out tonight except Import & Export Price Index and jobless Claims. So not much shocks today that will influence the Asian markets tomorrow. On Friday only US markets will announce more critical indexes that will affect their stocks markets next week Monday.

He is happy when the stocks collapse. What kind of mentality.

Looks at EG Industries, the same time with Instacom with rights issue, PP then from 58 sen to RM1.00 in just 1 month plus.

Whatever the companies done so far has completed.......issuance of warrants, rights, PP so all the funding is in place to fuel all the coming projects.

So now just left for the company is announcing more projects and next quarter results positively and the rest is history for the stock price.

Meaning no substantial shareholders selling or throwing assuming from the PP.

today volume is so low not seen before since 12 Nov.

the lowest is on 1 Dec at 55 millions traded.

as someone here said before, he is the pain in the ass person.

regional markets is down today so BURSA also affected. Not only Instacom in red, many counters also in the red.

so average for 7 markets days is 2.025/7 = 0.289 sen for the PP.

It was stated by Dr Yeoh when he announced in TheEdge Biz covering Instacom article that day.

EG Industries goes for rights issues then immediately PP, price was keep sideline for the PP. After PP approved, then price shoot up from 80 sen to 1.00 now.

So it could happen that MMosaic injected into Bornoil to create value rather than to relisted it on Bursa.

Why wanna argue, just believe in yourself. You're holding a bullish stock for long term. Nothing gonna change my decision on Instacom.

So confirm the PP is for 323 mil shares, and if the intended sum received is around RM90mil, then the PP is successfully placed at around RM0.28 sen.

Hence after this, the price of the stocks will only goes north.

I hope that Dato Lau injected MMosaic into Bornoil to made the stocks attractive. BTW, i didn't see Mosaic in the Bursa list............what is the short name for it.......i can't find it.

ik059, current biz like gold and minerals mining will spearhead the growth of the company as oil palm biz is now in the slump. Their fastfood biz is growing but not accelerate fast enough.

As for Dato Lau vision in Bornoil, we do not know yet unless he gets in with majority stakes then we will know his corporate moves in the company.

Let the rights issues, ESOS things settled and we can see the directions of the company moving forwards since the company also buying back their own stocks.

IBInsider, just told you not intended to misled the members. Even without this news, Instacom is already a bullish stocks for long term. Just any new contracts will boost it credential.

Hopefully Instacom price stays sideline until new contracts announce so that i can sell my uptrend Rubberex and swap into Instacom.
