i missed EG when i spotted at 58 sen but no funds to go in.

EG runs from 58 sen to current. But the TP is about 1.10 as far as i concerned and gets from my guru.

today closing at 285 sen will do.

Instacom is PDP=Project Delivery Partner for CRCC. Nothing to do with Fajar.

Fajar is sort od project partner with CRCC to tender for Gemas Double Tracking.

Whether Fajar will give some contracts to Instacom is another story.

CRCC definite give those contracts to Instacom based on their expertise.

The same goes for Instacom too. It have changed it fortune this year and we just monitor it progress.

The same goes for Genetec, EG Industries, Rubberex stock pricing.

Bornoil is another on recovery path with new biz.

Glotec is another too.

Every stocks have it days, if it is losing for years doesn't mean it it bad forever. If they have change in management and biz models, it will present hopes for a turnaround. So don't write them off straight away.

Instaco tender for 1.8b only and not 8b.

Instaco tendered for construction, whereas Fajar tendered for double tracking projects. So package value is totally different.

i think Zbaikitree will agreed on VS Ind.

They just proposed bonus warrant on 1 for 4 shares held on 27 nov.

Taka, you can try VS Industry, PE13.32 times with dividend payout rate of 7.02%

Since people are asking you to recommend, you think Instaco with those projects in hand that runs into 2017 can be a good buy?.

Fajar have expertise in rail tracking and whenever a package is open for tenders, it sure in billion dollars.

Whereas for Instacom, their expertise is towers installation, building construction on smaller scale package and not in billion dollars.

That is the difference.

Companies with good and low PE doesn't warrant a price hike or higher valuation , there is no guarantee when you put your money in it will gives you a good return.

One greatest example in Bursa history is Megan Media (the biggest harddisk makers) the company before collapse is making profits with low single digits PE.

It nevers paid dividend, not a big deal too.

Turn out it have fraud accounting with 400 mil bond issuance which the directors said is for purchasing of plants and machinery which turn out to be non delivery. Just paper accounting. In the end the MD absconded and left the company collapse. I bought the shares at 68sen and it goes down to just few sen and suspended.

So a company with low PE doesn't guarantee capital appreciation.

Riscon90, dont ever touch China stocks. From my experience and observation, most of these companies are useless counters. Either they have fraud accounting or their accounting is too good to be true.

You amazed with their profits all the years but no dividends payment surprisingly.

Some just give you small percentage of free warrants as swettener but yet the stock price keep dropping like hell.... CAP is one example.

I am still losing on some trade previously, but since this years i try to be difference after following few guru whom give advises on how to goes against the crowds and one of them is Koon Yew Yin, others include Salvotore Dali blogs, then another is CP Teh blogs.

You read their attitude, character and their skills, they don't really looks or relied entirely of the stocks accounts books, they relied on the Management Teams, the biz models, and etc. totally away from the traditional investment gurus or research house concept.

I do not know how to elaborate but if you follow them closely what they said and practice you can learn something from them and applied to your investment style and appetite based on your capital funding.

So far i have quite a fruitful picks but because my funds is tied up i can't go into few of the stocks namely EG (from 0.58 to 0.91 in barely 1 months after the right issue), Genetec ( from 0.18 to 0.30sen also same time with EG). Made me so frust looking at these 2 going up.

Follow Koon Yew Yin rules on investing......he spotted a good company with potential growth, he buy-in when everyone selling and commenting his actions.

Then he keep the stock for 1-2 years and following the stock and the company development especially the quarterly result.

Good results will made the stock higher. If he detect that the company is going down, he starts selling.

When everyone is in fear selling, we should keep collecting. Believe in yourself and the stocks. Do not need to bother what other people commenting.

Instacom is different beast after Neata purchase, Vivocom and Dr Yeoh entrance.

Do not compare XOX with Instacom. Why people wanna compare 2 different companies/industry/biz model?.

i have been working in public listed, multinational company so i didn't understand that in MBA terming, ESOS not a source of funding.

ESOS = employees, directors = $$$$ goes into the company
Right's Issue = employees, directors, shareholders = $$$$ goes into company
Private Placement = strategic investors = $$$$ goes into company
Warrants = employees, directors, shareholders = $$$$ goes into company

See the terming is different, but $$$$ still goes into the company for expansion, working capital etc.

So maybe this is not in MBA books or journal?.

if Fajar only announcement tendering can made the stock run up from 50 sen to 58 sen, so does Instaco with all concrete news and assets purchase,injection, projects.

That is Fajar bidding and not necessary will win the tenders. That's why it can't break 55sen now.
