There is always a starting points. Many Instacom investors already enter the stocks before it raises so many does sitting on big n huge capital gains. I have been holding it since 3 years back and still haven't dispose.

yes the assets that SOna going to acquired have met the SC requirement and it is therefore rest in the hand of SC to approve it unlike the Salamander deals that tooks months until the bidding is overwrite by another bidders during that period.

SC has no reason to delay the approval unless they're having grudges with Sona management.

Instaco is a new gem in the making, that's why for the re-rating. If everyone just focuses on existing bluechips or reputable companies listed out there then you are actually chasing a highly valued stocks eventhough it have 1st class assets, contracts in hand, political linked.

What i want is how to spot a new and rare gems for future capital gains.

CIMB done the projection from 2015 to 2017. So you guys go figure out the projection net profit can be achievable thru the quarterly results announce to Bursa and made the judgement.

I don't care the book order is 500m compare the share market cap is 700m.

What i knows is this 500m will spread and completed within 2015 to 2017 and i can forecast the actual profit from 2015 to 2017 and evaluate the share pricing based on the EPS/PE for that years.

So what i worry is that after or beyond 2017 if this book orders is completed without further new projects.

why ppl wanna buy shares and hoping to strike overnight and if anything turned out opposite then they starts cursing.

Investment is for long term over 1-5 years period to see the results depending on the company fortunes not on speculation.

Fajar is can't break 55sen or higher and starts retreating, better take profit because it will goes back to 50sen. If break below 50sen, then will go all the way to 47.5 sen.

Timing, based on chart by a sifu that i read few days back. Fajar Baru if breach 50sen will try to breach 55 sen then 60 sen. If fail to do so will retreat back to 50 sen and support is 47.5 sen.

I don't think so the company will kena sued or not because it was Star's Biz reports. No harm for a investing journal to write-up or following a company with potential.

As a Project Delivery Partner for CRCC, any construction building, materials supplied are their expertise in the following companies Neata, Vivocom
and Dr Yeoh consultancy WY company.

So just depending on CRCC to awards more of this projects in their hands to Instaco.

So the CIMB report are based on future projected awards from CRCC tied up and solely a projection for Instaco. All in all, CIMB doesn't done anything wrong for the projection based on likelihood from the tie-up.

At least we can based on the report for our investment purposes and at least we can forecast the price movement based on the reports.

Further to the Fajar news, they have expertise in LRT projects whereas Instaco doesn't. So nothing to do with Instaco losing the CRCC tied-up or projects allocation.

About Fajar Builders news that came out in Star's, it is not even in Fajar website or any material announcement pertaining to the project bidding together with CRCC filed to Bursa.

No wonders down today, all the warrant B,C,D conversion price adjusted high, example Warrant B previous exercise price is 10sen, now 13 sen.

CRCC cant just relied on Instacom, so nothing wrong awarding tenders successfully secured to projects partners that have strong credential depending on type of projects awarded. Instacom not well versed in double tracking project.

If you looks at those projects CRCC awarded to Vivocom/Instacom, mainly is building constructions not double tracking projects.

So far 15sen is the support. ESOS issued at 13 sen. Big boss goes in around 60 to 70sen to get the rights and warrant. After adjusted their cost of shares is 17sen and with free warrant on hand. And if you take 8sen for the warrant from the cost, their average cost down to around 14 sen. More or less the calculation.

So this shares haven't had a run up yet.

PE133 is not cheap, they started to made profits after acquiring Neata Aluminium few months back. So yesterday QR was the first incorporated the company share of profits. So the next QR could turn in double the current QR profits.

We are in for a re-rating for the stock and the stock pricing.

Past is past and you can't use it to made decision today. The biz models is different 3 years back.

i know the company trends for past 2.5 years and following the company biz models. So the current assets injection into the group is indeed a good news, new management on board, 1st QR profit from the acquired assets, conpany in the investors radar, company in news and buy call.

All these attributes can confirmed the company is on track to the TP mentioned in CIMB reports.

As long as i know the bottom for the shares so far is 15 sen. My entry price is 165 sen so just keep it until i reach my profits target of 25 sen.

I don't care whether it 1 mi, 10 mil as long the company buyback the shares it is good news. They can cancelled the treasury shares and the capital will lesser hence the earning per shares will increase and the PE will reflected in the share price later.
