ifca euphoria is already over after the GST era and now it all settled down. All the results already reflected in the share pricing since early this year.

So basically, they profits already reach saturated points.

The coming quarter result ending Oct usually expected to be weaker than July, but this coming one can't forecast hopefully can maintain or better than the July and we will see some movement.

So this month and next month is critical for the share to either stays or break up.

No hurry to buy until we see some buying interest before dives in.

Temporary no catalyst for upside until december for the latest quarter result.

Yesterday whole day buying rate is 34%, as at now the buying rate is 93%.

not about the period, just that the conversion plus the warrant cost doesn't warrant the investment. I rather buy the mother and keep and don't have to worry for the next 5 years of it empiry.

Today is just the listing of the new shares and warrant after recent rights call, so it not surprising some of the shareholders whom bought earlier around 50 sen to 58 sen wanna cash out since they're making profits too.

Why blame Hap Seng when they are just an investors like the rest of us. I am not defending him because i haven't gone into Bornoil yet pending my target entry price of 12sen.

do not strike out the company yet. look at Instacom from 10 sen up to 23sen now with free bonus and warrants along the 3 years period.

I think when Hap SEng boss invested close to 30% holding in Bornoils, he would have evaluated the deals and the company before buying in. The last tranche of share he bought into Bormoils is at 58 sen involving around 20++ million shares.

They leased the mining from MMC, another company i forget the names and Pahang State. All in all they need to pay royalties in between 6-7% to the first 2 entity and 5% to Pahang state Govt.

The lease is on 5 years + 5 years and the hardest condition is they cannot stop the operation totally for 30 days or else the agreement will be void and Bornoils loose the right to mined.

Bornoil website have not been updated it seems. the financial statement only up to 2010. gosh.

dividend for the last quarter just paid in Oct'15. so the next quarter announcement should be around the corner and the dividend if got, will be pay out only somewhere in Jan'16.

Remember tat those taking up the rights with free warrant will not loose much.

Hence, it is norm for the price to adjust lower until the dust settles after listing if the shares/warrant.

The company is not that bad afteral. You guys can use Bornoil trend as guide.... but the best is EG that keep going skyhighed after rights issue and the share price still steady.

Although gold is at the bottom now around USD1000, it worthwhile to invest in since the rebounds could be in sights and gold always trade in USD Dollars whereas the cost of production is in Ringgit, this will cushion off the gold price itself. A knife with 2 sharp edge.

This Instaco is no more the Instaco you known 3 years back. This beast is kinda reborned.

All the previous shareholders that bought Bornoil at 60sen and subscribed to rights n free warrants now just barely breakeven.

For every 0.005 (half sen) rise in warrant C, the mother share will push down half sen. Unless, the directors or punters wanna push the shares up then both will rise in tandem.

With current pricing, i think those that bought and subscribe to the shares with free warrant just breakeven or on the losing side now. Hence, no one wanna sell now.

Hopefully, then i can dispose all and turn into Bornoil for medium term investment. Solid zero debts company.

Based on Tan Sri shareholding b4 the rights call, the average price after the rights and warrants, i guessing his average is around 15 sen or so.

So if we grabs lower than 15sen is consider on the safe side.

i owned Instaco since 3 years back when i grabbed at 29sen. Since then i lost hope on it and put it aside until it drops until 10sen.

Then it rebounded until now and with all the free bonus shares and warrants in hand, i am now making goods profit better than placement of FD.

Still holding and if it touches 27sen, the profits is even greater and this is call reversal of fortune.

Will be continue to be battered down until rights is listed and sell down by those taken up the rights and free warrant happy selling down then we will see some rebound.
