Yeah Empangan Sejati the hydro company with 21 years agreement with SEDA/Tenaga Nasional for selling back to them at 23 sen per unit. Agreement starts March 2017.

Quarter result should be not that bad since they forecast this 2015 will made 7million for the whole year. The 3rd quarter result should be released anytime soon and the 4th quarter should be in Feb'16.
The first half of 2015 result is negative 0.5 million, so the next 2 quarter should turn in 7.5 to 8 million.

So all the bad factors for the coming result is well absorbed by the markets.

For those that assuming the company share price will drop like DPS/XOX, sorry to said you will not see that from happening.

XOX gone case, yesterday down to 0.335 from 0.62sen on24 Nov'15.

Meaning it gives up all the run up after share consolidation. Back to square one and there might be margin calls next week.

Further news to Glotec hydroelectric dam, they have FIT agreement to sell back the electricity to Tenaga for 23 per unit for period of 21 years commnecing 21 March 2017. Means the dam will starts from 2016 to March 2017 in order to starts the sell back.

Construction expected in 2016 and takes 2 years to completed. So far no further update on the projects except announcement of this JV was early this year if not mistaken.

yup greatful, lots of people do not believe that the company did turnaround with all the ties up and acquisition. But that is their view, but for us we put forward our foresight of the company fortune based on all the concrete news announcement. Just matter of time will prove the eventuality of the news and generate the profits for the company and hence the valuation of the shares reflected then on.

Nothing big just some agreement with all the listed property companies to supplied stone based and stonewares under the Chinese brand and also credit facilities to those listed companies.

Whether the level of acceptances by these listed companies to use their stone based wares is another issues.

i won't eevn touch this company since there're almost 100 % turnover in the management staffs for past 4 years. Management changed few times and so do all the executives.
