First Proton-Geely car to roll out by end 2018. The first Proton car following the national car maker’s tie-up with Geely will enter the market by end-2018 or early 2019, International Trade and Industry Malaysia Minister, Datuk Seri Ong Ka Chuan said. “Geely will facilitate Proton in terms of technology and at the same time assemble its four-wheel drive model, intelligent artificial car and develop their right hand drive technology in Malaysia,” he said. 今年5月，大马政府突然宣布收回大马城计划，丹斯里林刚河旗下公司见财化水，煮熟了的鸭子就这样飞走。林刚河概念股也因此暴跌。上周二，海滨城市和怡克伟士股价强势上涨，投资者奔走相告，煮熟了的鸭子飞走后，好像又飞回来了。

上周二，海滨城市（IWCITY，1589，主板产业组）和怡克伟士（EKOVEST，8877，主板建筑组）股价强势上涨，投资者奔走相告，煮熟了的鸭子飞走后，好像又飞回来了。

这是因为政府极力拉拢的中国万达集团，最近被中国政府对付，看来已自身难保，没有能力参与投资大马城，令林刚河公司重新参与大马城的机会大增。

根据外电报道，中国政府认为万达集团违反海外投资限制，涉嫌转移资金至海外，而指示大银行关水喉，停止贷款给万达集团。

万达早前也以632亿人民币脱售中国的酒店等资产给融创，据悉这是中国最大的地产收购交易。

万达董事长王健林解释出售资产的原因是“偿还债务”，显示了其财力出现问题。

海滨城市上周二涨势惊人，全天飙涨30仙或24%至1令吉54仙，成交量逾1亿股，高居全场之冠。

然而，该股只迎来短暂风光，次日开市后虽一度走高，但过后卖压涌现下股价急速回软，闭市时滑落8仙至1令吉46仙。

投资者这时候应该已很清楚，这次的股价大涨纯属大户和有心人士的杰作，趁着万达集团刚好出事，加上怡克伟士（EKOVEST，8877，主板建筑组）推介吉隆坡河岸城市计划之际炒作一番。

然而，财政部秘书长的最新谈话，迅速戳穿了这股炒风。

根据财政部秘书长丹斯里依尔旺表示，大马城还在开放竞标，截止日期是7月20日，之后将进行评估。这意味着大马城花落谁家，目前连八字都还没有一撇，最终结果在短时间内都不可能出炉，投资者现在就冲进场去追逐，未免过度乐观。

如果兜兜转转一圈后，海滨城市又拿回大马城计划，这可说是奇迹或佳话，也可说是一大讽刺，证明了其他公司都不行，发展大马城最终还是要靠该集团。

即使林刚河旗下公司最终真的拿回原本属于它的东西（大马城计划），但最新的合约价值和条款，以及合作伙伴等，都可能完全变了样。在如此多的变数之下，投资者不是应该看清楚才作决定吗？
