Hi, may I know if the result ended in 31/3/2014 EPS was based on the number of share before IPO, or after the enlarged shares?
If not mistaken, with the RM11.4 as net asset per share, and RM 1,479,653,000 as total equity, the issued shares based as at 31/3/2014 was 129,794,122 shares, but the current share issued is 1,600,000,000 shares. Take the same RM 1,479,653,000 and divide by 1.6 bn shares, the new net asset should be RM 0.924.
Take the net profit of RM 30,127,000 and divided by 1.6 bn shares, new EPS should only be 1.88 sen, not 24.9 sen.

Hi abc529, thank you for the comparison calculation. should we also consider they revenue comes mostly from contracts from ministry of defence. Those previously 4 quarters revenue could have been previous contracts awarded 3 years ago.

Since the latest contract of 95 mil last 3 years, and the earlier 3 mil contract for royal navy also last for 3 years, should we suspect that the revenue from 2010 ~ 2013 were from contracts awarded at that period? If similar contracts from same ministry has been awarded, assuming there were no other significant business from else where, and no further contracts from now, there might not be a 42% growth in revenue.

I am also trying to find out the info, let's dig out the contracts awarded announcement from 3 years ago and then the picture will be clearer.

Just to share my findings about TH Plantation. After their land acquisition, their tree are about 19% prime mature, and their yield per ha is already 21 t/ha (from Annual Report) Compared to IOI, which has 66% prime tree and 24.46 t/ha. Then you compare their share price. I think TH Plantation is deeply bashed by analysts comments. Also my two cents view.

Hi, I think there are just too many negative news out there for properties. Thanks to these negative news and the fear of budget, price of properties counters are so low. Looks like UEMS is consolidating quite nicely, I think anytime will move, maybe next friday. People are afraid of budget, but epf is not afraid.
