（吉隆坡3日訊）《中國報》探悉，透過中國私募基金入股巴迪馬斯（PATIMAS，7042，主要板科技）的香港夥伴，實為中國騰訊集團（Tencent）的代表。

　消息說，上週購入巴迪馬斯5.5%股權的福泰中國投資控股（China Private Equity Investment Holdings），其實是騰訊集團的“前峰”，以在我國數據中心（Data Centre）計劃中分一杯羹。

　在經濟轉型執行方案下，數據中心被鑑定其中一項啟動計劃，政府目前正集中火力推動，放眼2015年成為區域數據中心，預計可在2020年創造1萬3290個就業機會，並貢獻24億令吉國民總收入。

　消息指出：“除了香港夥伴，巴迪馬斯大股東拿督斯里阿欣查比迪也與UDA控股（UDA Holdings）達至合作，3方聯手掌控公司，這已獲得政府首肯；UDA控股既是為照顧政府利益。”

　受到中國私募基金入股利好帶動，巴迪馬斯股價上週四（31日）閉市微起0.5仙至12仙。

　UDA控股為政聯企業，主要負責城市發展；至于福泰中國投資控股為倫敦交易所上市公司，業務集中在中國。

　阿欣查比迪持有巴迪馬斯7%股權，他告訴《商業時報》，希望可借助一些政聯企業（GLC）朋友的專業技術，扭轉巴迪馬斯命運，且最快于下週進行重組計劃。

　“我已和UDA控股主席拿督努嘉茲蘭談過，讓他助我一臂之力，重組巴迪馬斯，我們需要像努嘉茲蘭這樣的人，以挽回公司聲望及威信。”

吉隆坡2日訊）PN17公司霸迪瑪電腦（PATIMAS,7042,主板科技組）的“白武士＂降臨，土著商人拿督斯里阿都阿晉表示，他正準備掌控這家正等待“救濟＂並面臨除牌厄運的公司。

目前持有霸迪瑪電腦7%股權的阿都阿晉，和一家香港網絡公司擬定了“拯救＂霸迪瑪電腦計劃。

中公司購5.2%股權

在倫敦交易所上市但業務重心在中國的私募股權基金福泰中國投資控股公司（CPE），週二收購了該公司的4千300萬股股票或5.2%股權。

阿都阿晉表示，他正要合作的香港公司，是透過CPE來收購霸迪瑪電腦的股權。

“我不會透露他們的名字，他們日後自行公佈較好。＂他補充，這是一家龐大的中國公司，財務基礎強勁。

值得一提的是，要挽救霸迪瑪電腦，需要龐大資金，因霸迪瑪電腦截至2012年3月31日止財政年的淨審核虧損達8千500萬令吉。

阿都阿晉表示，他擬透過一些在政府相關公司的朋友的專才，來打救霸迪瑪電腦。

“我已和U D A控股（U D AHoldings）的主席諾加蘭商討霸迪瑪電腦的問題，以幫助我重組該公司。＂

他直言，他需要諾加蘭這樣的人才來挽回霸迪瑪電腦的信用和尊重。

I not good in investment. Just 3 month newbie. And for PN17 company, TA also can not apply. Look at THHEAVY, the price just keep droping from last 3 month 0.6 drop to 0.48 after lifting news and potential project receive.

so for Patimas, goods news if share price go higher(someone goreng it or collect by dato or CPE). buy now and sell high. if not movement mean cut loss.

PN17 counter only can purchase when lots of people WANT to purchase. OR you believe one day(3 months or 1 year later) this company can earn big profit.

My personal decision is buy now since Dato is working hard to rescus Patimas (what ever things he said did happen), mean something is going on here. I see oppurtunity here to get big money.(buy at your own risk)

The share sell at 0.125 maybe patimas need some cash to do thing but can not sell at 0.2 because it will scare us and we will feel cheated. which will bring bad image to Patimas. I said that because i buy at 0.13. so must convince myself this is good call to give me hope.

Businessman Datuk Seri Abdul Azim Zabidi, who has a 7 per cent stake in the PN17 company, has teamed up with a Hong Kong-based Internet company to come up with a rescue plan for Patimas.












Businessman Datuk Seri Abdul Azim Zabidi says he is prepared to take control of Patimas Computers Bhd, a Practice Note 17 (PN17) company, which has to be rescued or face being delisted from Bursa Malaysia.

Azim, who has a seven per cent stake in the PN17 (financially distressed) company, has teamed up with a Hong-Kong-based Internet company to come up with a rescue plan for Patimas.

China Private Equity Ltd (CPE), a private equity firm listed on the London Stock Exchange but mainly operates in China, has this week bought a five per cent stake in Patimas, which is in the computer services-related sector.

Azim said the Hong Kong company that he is working with bought the shares via CPE.







"I won't disclose their name. It is better for them to come forward on their own," he said.

He added that the Chinese company is a big company with a very strong financial footing.

Indeed, big pockets are needed if Patimas is to be rescued as the company reported a net audited loss of RM85 million for the financial year ended March 31 2012.

Azim told Business Times that he intends to tap the expertise of some of his friends in government-linked companies (GLC) to help restructure Patimas.

"I have been talking to Datuk Nur Jazlan Mohamed about coming to Patimas and helping me to restructure the company," said Azim.

Nur Jazlan is the chairman of UDA Holdings Bhd, a government-linked company that is synonymous for its role in urban development.

"We need people like Nur Jazlan to bring back respectability and credibility to Patimas," said Azim.

Azim said he and CPE will seek by as early as next week to shake things up at Patimas.

He declined to comment if he was behind the board room changes that took place in Patimas.

Earlier this week, Patimas told Bursa Malaysia that it has redesignated Jarnail Singh as its group chief executive officer while two non-executive directors - Sulaiman Masrum and Wan Azmi Wan Abd Rahman - have been appointed to the company.

Puncak Semangat Sdn Bhd, believed to be linked to tycoon Tan Sri Syed Mokhtar Al Bukhary, is said to have bought shares in China Automobile Parts Holdings Ltd, resulting in the company owning more than 10 per cent stake in the automotive chassis components manufacturer.

"The private equity firm bought the shares of the just-listed Fujian Province-based company via the open market," said a source who requested to remain anonymous.

Asked for the rationale behind the acquisition, the source said:"At this point of time, it is unclear whether Puncak Semangat purchased the stake for investment or synergy purposes."

DRB-Hicom is one of the major players in the automotive industry in Malaysia, being involved in the entire integrated chain of the automotive ecosystem such as manufacturing and supply of automotive components, assembly, distribution and sales of motorcycles and commercial vehicles, as well as, the distribution and sales of passenger cars.







China Automobile, meanwhile, makes replacement parts for commercial vehicles, particularly trucks, out of its sole production centre in the Fujian province.

The company is a specialist in manufacturing chassis components used in vehicles for transporting goods.

It sells five categories of products namely wheel-hub bolts, wheel axles, steel pins, u-bolts and torque-rod bushings.

Currently, the source said the company, which has seven patents registered in China, has no direct competitor in that country.

Its product lines are also supplied for after-market repair, maintenance and modification, with an emphasis towards catering for components used in heavy vehicles.

Demand for these after-market parts are driven by the need to periodically replace such parts, which endure significant wear and tear over the operating life span of goods-transporting vehicles, the source said.

Additionally, vehicles modified to carry heavier loads require reinforcement of its rear suspension system, which involve replacing existing parts with stronger models capable of enduring higher stress, he said.

At present, 65 per cent of its sales are derived from China while the rest comes from Southeast Asia and the Middle East.

Yesterday, China Automobile, Malaysia's first initial public offering (IPO) of the year, was the top gainer and most active counter.

Its share price surged 44 sen to RM1.12 before settling the trading day at 78 sen, up 10 sen from its IPO price of 68 sen, with 192 million shares exchanging hands. -- Bernama

（吉隆坡30日訊）每股發售價68仙的中汽零件（CAP，5229，主要板工業），首日上市一度猛漲59仙或82%至1.27令吉；做為今年首家上市的公司及首隻龍籌股，也為馬股贏得開門紅。

　大馬交易所總執行長拿督達祖丁阿丹說，中汽零件是馬股今年第一只上市的龍籌股，也是今年第一家上市的公司。

　該股首宗交易成交價為80仙，溢價12仙，首宗交易777萬股；在短短1小時內，該股攀上1.27令吉，勁揚59仙或82%，勢頭頗為兇猛。

　惟漲幅過后收窄，休市時暫掛85仙，揚17仙，僅半日交投量高達1億5262萬9600股。閉市報78仙，揚10仙，全日交投1億9227萬9200股。

　龍籌股在馬股的表現不甚理想，股價低于發售價。但中汽零件開市表現亮眼，無疑打破龍籌股走勢疲軟的格局。

　中汽零件董事經理李國清在上市儀式后的記者會上說，對今日股價感到很滿意，雖然沒有設下股價目標，但對公司的項目和市場非常有信心。

　他認為，儘管龍籌股表現欠佳，但汽車行業在過去和未來幾年內一直都處于穩定、高速發展的活躍行業，所有投資者和客戶看好中汽是合理的。

擬設股民聯絡中心

　該公司計劃在大馬開設股民聯絡中心，每半年向投資者匯報公司的財務狀況、新動向、業務拓展方向及跟大馬汽車商合作。地點還在物色當中。

　目前著重擴大公司規模，在中國的工廠還是有非常大的優勢，將會根據需求考慮是否在大馬設廠，他也不排除跟大馬其他汽車商合作的可能。

　今日出席中汽零件上市儀式者包括財政部副部長拿督林祥才、中汽零件主席拿督斯里嘉拉努丁。

林祥才：歡迎中企來投資

林祥才表示，我國政府非常歡迎中國企業家來大馬投資。

据商人拿督斯里阿都阿占表示，该公司已经提呈股权收购表格予霸迪马电脑秘书处。

他在受询时指出：“针对霸迪马电脑早前致给大马交易所的声明，我目前不予置评。我相信会在最早下周公布的声明中表明立场。”

（吉隆坡29日訊）中國汽車零件控股（CAP）專長於生產重型汽車的零件，其產品除了在中國（主要在東部地區）銷售外，也透過貿易公司出口至東南亞、中東和南非。

該公司營運具效率，賺幅超過20%，相比其它業者的賺幅只有10%或更低。此外，該公司也從強勁品牌名稱中受益，再者，該公司和供應商合作關係良好，可確保取得有利的定價。

該公司2013和14財政年的派息政策為20%，也是一大正面因素，相等於具吸引力的約4%至5%周息率。這將進一步推高其淨現金地位（2012年首9月共1億零210萬令吉）。

（吉隆坡29日訊）史格米集團（SCOMI，7158，主板貿服組）首席執行員沙哈金指出，該公司有信心在今年2月奪取中東及亞洲市場的4項新工程合約，總值為3億4千萬美元，使該公司手握工程合約，將從目前逾6億7千萬美元，增加至逾10億美元（約30億5千萬令吉）水平。

他指出，在中東及亞洲區域競標的4項工程合約（各有兩項），預料在今年2月有結果，該公司有信心一旦奪標，將使目前手握工程合約，從目前的逾6億7千萬美元，增加至逾10億美元水平。

他指出，目前該公司手握6億7千180萬美元（約20億4千899萬令吉）工程合約，其中油田服務業務佔5億7千920萬美元（17億6千656萬令吉），主要是鑽油及廢料管理領域。而岸外支援業務則占其餘的9千260萬美元（約2億8千243萬令吉），主要是供應支援船只，其中部份是重复性質收入的服務合約。

一旦上述新投標成功得標，該公司手握的工程合約將超過10億美元，創下自2009年以來最高水平，料使公司可忙碌3年光景及業務前景更為清晰。沙哈金今日接受《星洲財經》專訪時作上述披露。

他指出，該公司也會在大馬，印尼，泰國，緬甸，及中東海灣市場積極參與更多競標活動，特別是東半球市場的鑽油活動保持熱絡，以确保該公司業務成長能夠持續。目前該公司的營業額，25%來自國內，其餘75%則來自海外業務，而後者的80%至90%則來自東半球市場。

該公司將繼續進行內部成長，特別是為油氣業務進一步深化服務及產品領域，以圖成為一站式油氣產品及服務公司，加強公司的競爭力及優勢。

他指出，該公司有意每年收購兩艘支援船隻，以應付國內日益殷切的市場需求，包括國家石油在內，目前該公司在大馬僅有3艘支援船隻，而旗下史格米海事（SCOMIMR，7045，主板貿服組）的船隻，逾90%供大馬以外海外市場需求。

開內部重組特大

史格米集團在今年2月20日舉行的股東特別大會一旦批准通過內部重組計劃後，該公司的重組計劃將完成，而負責油氣領域的史格米海事，將易名為史格米能源服務（SESB）有限公司，並成為該公司的油氣業務臂膀，朝向油氣業領域重新出發。

他指出，至今證券監督委員會及大馬股票交易所，已批准上述重組計劃，目前待特大批准。

沙哈金指出，一旦落實重組後，該公司債務將顯著減少，負債率降至1倍以下水平，即長期債務從2009年的17億令吉，將還清其中的11億令吉，至6億令吉低水平，以及另外3億令吉的正常營運的短期周轉融資，使該公司更有能力推動業務發展與成長。

售怡保工程1.1億債券

史格米集團談到在週四（31日）舉行的股東特別大會，以批准公司發售1億1千萬令吉的債券給怡保工程（IJM，3336，主板建築組），沙哈金指出，該公司在向股東發出更多發行債券詳情，以及與一些股東洽商後，相信股東會批准通過有關發行債券計劃，讓怡保工程成為大股東兼合作伙伴。

他指出，在發行債券所取得的現金，將可以減少公司債務及支援公司未來業務成長，加上怡保工程是理想的優質合作伙伴，以及有助於進一步推動旗下的油氣及工程領域業務。

他指出，該公司旗下交通運輸下的單軌火車領域在全球市場逾100億令吉的競標活動，若在怡保工程的合作下料將提高得標機會。

他說，目前怡保工程已有一名董事代表，而雙方管理層也開始洽商合作機會，包括競標新工程合約等事宜，一旦通過全部程序，料對該公司未來業務發展，是個很好開端。因為他覺得，該公司與怡保工程的合作，肯定是一加一等於超過二的效益。（星洲日報／財經）
