一名熟悉这项交易的财务执行员称，Sprint大道的收购代价洽商，将基于该公路在剩下特许权期间的未来现金收入。

Sprint大道的股东包括环城控股有限公司（LITRAK，6645，基建公司组），控制50%；金务大有限公司（GAMUDA，5398，建筑组）的30%及雪州柏朗桑集团有限公司（KPS，5843，贸易服务组）的20%，

Sprint大道拥有全长26.5公里Sprint大道的33年特许权，将在2031年届满。

早前在2012年，雪州柏朗桑已表明，有意脱售其于Sprint大道的20%股份，而金务大则据称自2011年起已经展开脱售洽商。

实际上，也有传言指南北大道探讨买下环城控股。

金务大控制环城控股之45%，而其他大股东包括雇员公积金局持6.7%及阿玛纳托管持6.3%。

除了Sprint大道50%股权外，环城控股也拥有白蒲大道的特许权，该大道全长40公里，及拥有34年特许权。

分析师之前透露，金务大可能以合适价格套利，因它未能获准调高白蒲大道和Sprint大道的过路收费。

但他们指出，白蒲大道已经达到交通成熟，每年成长2%至3%，而Sprint大道的本札拉和格灵之则仍然处于相当年轻。

多元重工3业务贡献盈利
（柔佛15日讯）多元重工业（DRBHCOM，1619，主板工业股）表示，其服务、產业和国防业务，將在未来36个月进一步成长，且成为主要的营业额贡献来源。

多元重工业金融、策略和计划首席营运员拿督斯里仄卡立表示，公司將持续专注在核心业务。他在柔佛的匯报会后表示，公司正需求合理化和简化核心业务，以创造协同效应，带动公司进一步成长。

其国防业务在未来36个月將为军事部开始交付257台装甲军车，总值75亿5000万令吉，在2013/2014財政年开始认列收入。

服务业务方面，子公司－吉隆坡机场服务公司计划投资物流业，並將业务扩充至第二国际机场。

该公司的废料服务业务－ALAM FLORA公司，计划扩展至吉兰丹和登嘉楼，实施新收费，和探索建设焚烧炉的可能性。

（吉隆坡14日訊）PN17公司霸迪瑪電腦（PATIMAS，7042，主板科技組）因有望獲得一名顯著政治商人－拿督斯里阿都阿晉“伸出援手＂，加上該公司可能在洽購新業務，令股票趁機興風作浪，一度躍升2.5仙到17仙，成為全場交投最熱絡的股項，成交量破1億5千810萬7千700股。

阿都阿晉“拔刀相助＂的曙光乍現，令霸迪瑪電腦異軍突起，早盤即受股友追捧，開市即起1仙到15.5仙，隨買盤湧現一度飆升至盤中最高點17仙，儘管收市前漲幅收窄，最終仍高掛16仙，起1.5仙或10.34%。該股早在1月10日時已蠢蠢欲動，霸迪瑪電腦當時身價僅6.5仙。

根據報導，阿都阿晉可能有意打救霸迪瑪電腦，並提高他在霸迪瑪電腦的股權。

霸迪瑪電腦截至去年9月，蒙受高達857萬令吉的淨虧損，每股淨值為-3仙。

早前因對金虎（TIGER，7079，主板工業產品組）提出善意“善意＂收購，而成為鎂光燈聚焦的阿都阿晉，最近再度出擊，並於1月11日透過旗下公司Syawaras，收購霸迪瑪電腦的4千500萬股和5.44%股權。

報導也指出，阿都阿晉擬會見霸迪瑪電腦的董事部，同時，已和數外部組織洽談，以瞭解如何“拯救＂霸迪瑪電腦。

“若管理層同意我們的計劃，我將考慮提高在霸迪瑪電腦的股權。＂

SJ證券的資深抽傭經紀表示，一些組織現已趁機“趕搭＂霸迪瑪電腦的新發展潛力，趁機炒作霸迪瑪電腦並帶動其購興。

據瞭解，霸迪瑪電腦也在和另一公司展開初步洽談，以提供4G服務，但計劃可能無法實現。

（吉隆坡11日訊）亞洲媒體（AMEDIA，0159，創業板貿服組）業務深受經濟盛衰影響，加上延遲推出新的數碼地面電視廣播傳輸系統（DTTB）服務，分析員將其2012/14年盈利預測下調6.0%至21.2%，並認為其目前股價缺乏揚升空間。

達證券指出，該公司已在巴生河流域完成裝置及試用數碼住家戶外（DOOH），以及數碼地面電視廣播傳輸系統，後者推介活動卻延遲，主要是需要更多時間，以敲定一些客戶使用服務的商業條件，及處理現有客戶合約尚未到期事宜。

該行指出，該公司料今年在巴生河流域推出數碼地面電視廣播服務，預計可取得較好廣播時間收費率，因可更有效將廣告傳送給觀眾。目前它正在新山地區設立有關的廣播系統。

調查顯示，國內數碼住家戶外媒體傳播業的廣告開銷，复合平均年成長率達到39%，至2015年可達1億5千990萬令吉。截至2010年為止，該公司的市占率達到73.5%。
