MCA is probably squeezing AMANARAYA to sell the shares to them at FIRE SALE price by not giving a dividend for the past 3 years and normally Institution fund like EPF AMANRAYA depend on DIVIDEND received for running the operation smoothly.Maybe AMANRAYA will sell at 30 sen if DESPERATE .

AMANARAYA will have to keep selling alot of shares including STAR MEDIA to raise CASH even if it is a small LOSS to keep it operation going and the cost of holding NON DIVIDEND generating company.

Talam only need to sell a few hundred acres of land in SERENDAH will turn into a NETT CASH company and still holding on to some substantial property in Selangor and KL.whereas AAX cannot sell its AEROPLANE or EDUSPEC or DOLPHIN selling its factory or assets and still able to run the company. The accum LOSS in Talam can be used to offset FUTURE GAIN is also a PLUS for accounting purposes.
