According to the last financial crisis in 2008-2009, many refrained from purchasing assets in the US due to possible QEs. They went elsewhere to spend their USD to purchase asset as minimisation of the impact of devaluation of USD.

That caused non-USD countries property prices spiked in 2010-2012. Especially the emerging markets where speculators anticipated the rise in the local currency. 2013 QE ended.

This time may not be the same as the property price now is still the same as in 2012. Further spike may be unlikely. Now developer needs to rely on volume as price spike is quite impossible. And all emerging markets are also having issues. But I think speculators will choose countries that can manage pandemic better.

In order to woo sales, price cut should be there.

US stock market / Federal reserve is king.

All followed US development except EcoWorld. Maybe due to its low ROE relative to peers.

I think Beijing want to show US the right way to deal with pandemic and not blaming Beijing for the virus.

Beijing is using a wartime tactic to deal with a small outbreak. Check out the numbers. Very low. It is just a message sent to the countries that wanted China to compensate for the loss.

People buy because they want to bet on UK property market recovery + many rich Hong Kong people will migrate to UK. That MAY prop up the UK property's price.

Trailing PE of Supermax is around 80. Forward PE maybe 40.
