i think ksl wanna keep their cash to develop ksl city mall 2 at klang instead of funding outside. according to the source, the project was completed 20% and notice that the borrowing is in the trend of downward every quarter.

i think ksl management may consider turn ksl city mall at jb to reit after completion of ksl city mall 2 at klang.

the management do mentioned the ksl city mall 2 at klang will be completed in year 2020, just wanna know whether they hit the target.

look at the latest QR, timber revenue 37mil, but the profit was 33.7mil, record a 91% of margin. now the log timber output kept increasing... can't imagine the profit for the next quarter. the management should continue looking for more forest landbank as they proved this is profitable business since early 2015.

If look at the property revenue and unbilled sales, the property actual sales is more than 400mil. for plantation, if excluded forex loss and written off , the profit will be 6.5mil
