Cypark's bid price for LSS3 at 0.172/KWh, which is pretty low but other competitors bid price up to 0.40-0.50/KWh.

I have do some analysis on electricity produced with solar. 1MW=1,000KW, 1 hour produce 1,000KWh. 8 hours per day (9am-5pm) produce 8,000KWh, 1 year produce 2,920,000KWh. Deduct 50% for cloudy or rainy days, so it was around 1,460,000KWh. Cypark's LSS3 is 100MW, produce 146,000,000KWh, With PPA signed with TNB for 21 years, the rate RM0.172/KWh, revenue around RM25mil per year. You may need to consider the efficiency of solar panels to produce electricity if it is getting old, may deduct up to 70% after a few years.

Do you know how to 1MW solar can produce how many KWh?

As well as Pohuat can pay up tp 6-8sen annually then it worth to invest.

You are right Monorail, don't get too excited in the short term. Cypark's solar power farms concession will produce recurring income for 20 years.

No need to worry about the Cypark's high borrowings (as at 31 Jan 2020: RM1.15bil) because the 979mil or 85% is long term sukuk borrowings that used for LSS and RE projects.

When started produce electricity and sell to TNB, $$$ will flow into Cypark's pocket. This counter has to keep at least 2 years to generate huge profit. Be patient.
